Sintra Hotel

The hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly. The location is good but not the best, can't really walk anywhere, although easy with the taxi apps to move around. Staff really helped with taxis communication/ordering and places to go. I think really good value for money,

Should add water kettle to the room, a standard these days, especially since breakfast starts rather late at 8am. I agree with other reviews that they should start earlier, although the entire city seems to start life rather late so as a tourist it doesn't really affect you. I read reviews for breakfast not being good but don't agree, I thought it was good for the overall price.

I feel very comfortable and safe here the amenities and luxury are outclass. As a woman with one child I want to stay in a place where we can feel safe and respected and Sintra is perfect for solo woman travellers the staff is cooperative and helpful. Will book my next trip again soon with Sintra. The cafe Soir has very good taste and yes the complimentary breakfast buffet is awesome!!

I felt room carpet is a bit dirty may be the guest who stay use to walk on carpet with shoes. So Carpet is not for walk with naked feets inside room. Except room carpet everything is clean.

Staff were friendly and the staff in receptions well helpful with advice on a variety of topics.

On the first day of our arrival, even the electric kettle wasn't working and had to be replaced. The bedside lamp was not working and had to be repaired. The house-keeping staff consistently failed to provide sufficient sugar for tea/coffee for 2 people and often additional sugar had to be requested. We had a bathroom & shower where there were persistent problems. The sink leaked badly and the shower drain flooded. On the last day in that room the whole bathroom and shower area was flooded. Despite asking that the problem be fixed, the attempts were not successive although the hotel claimed the problem was sorted out. This went on for the majority of stay. On the last 2 days of our stay we were obliged to change rooms.Even when we were moved to a new room, the state of the wall socket was concerning since it was not fitted into the wall properly and potentially dangerous. There were frequent short electrical outages.The breakfast choices were limited. Food was often cold.Our room was subject to a great deal of traffic noise. At the end of stay at the hotel, there were problems in paying by card and this was down to the technology used by the hotel. The payment finally was made when we returned home, by bank transfer and that was only possible when we were furnished with the current sorting codes. We had been given incorrect information and we had to phone the hotel to obtained the correct information for a bank transfer to be made. Note, the bank transfer incurred a cost of several pound sterling.

Bed is too small and mattress is very soft , shortage of bath towels a general standard of Pakistani hotels

The property was excellent. We liked our stay at Sintra Hotel. Their services and breakfast was awesome. Their front desk person Mr. Arsalan is humble and cooperative. Will definitely stay again and again. Highly recommended for families and corporates.

Shud have some more stuff, like plain yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, pan cakes They should have complimentary tea and coffee facility in the room. This facility is now almost a standard facility in all such categories of hotelsOverall, it is a good family hotel

Location was perfect, Breakfast was okie, overall good value for money.

Too much noise coming from the road as my room was located towards road side. Breakfast timings too late (8-10am). If one has to leave for appointment, breakfast is not possible to take. They should start breakfast from 7 am as people like me who are travelling for work, doesn't know what time they would be returning. Going without breakfast and not knowing the area makes things a bit worrisome in terms of eating. Room service restaurant had only basic cuisine available. I ordered for Paratha and they brought me market frozen cooked paratha rather preparing a fresh one. It would had been nice if they had told me that fresh is not available. rather cooking frozen market paratha.

The staff was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sintra Hotel's location is quite central, keeping the commute to a minimum, which adds to the comfort of the stay.

The breakfast could have been much better. Electric socket placements were inconvenient. The rooms and bathrooms may require a deep clean once in a while.

My room’s air conditioner didn’t work. It was winter so it didn’t bother me as much but complained a few times and it wasn’t resolved in 4 days. Reception staff is a little curt.

The check in was smooth and fast. Staff was kind and helpful. I woke up late next day after breakfast timings but they still offered me breakfast for free and made omelette for me. Room was very clean and spacious

No sound proofing in the room.. even could hear people walking in corridor or opening doors. no easy access to power sockets next to bed

Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff well trained and professional.

There should be iron facility in the room, though hotel provided 2x pieces iron pressing complimentary which wss a great help.

The water in the bathroom will stay stand still as it is a construction problem; however, a mop should have been provided so that the water can be pushed towards the sink hole. I requested during the room service but not provided. The room was very hot during the first day and night we stayed there, so we have to request at the reception to please turn on the cold air next day as it was a central cooling and heating system. Next day our request was accepted. When I sign the document during check-in time, it was mentioned in the document, breakfast will be from 6 AM to 10 AM but when we went down for the breakfast at 6:30 AM, there was no breakfast, and they said that the breakfast will start after 8 AM. We missed our first breakfast as we had other appointment to go to. It was the hotel management fault, and we have to do breakfast outside. They should update their documents to avoid confusion for the customers and should have given us some damages we received due to no breakfast and the time wasted but nothing from them. I did show the document to the reception that look what time you guys have mentioned. The door and walls were not silent. We can easily hear what people are talking in their rooms, so there is no privacy, they can easily hear us too then. Hence, I will not recommend coming with your wife or family. However, the location is super nice. Thats the benefit I observed. The locker was not usable. Although I requested during the service of the room, but no action taken. The fridge was in an unstable position, I showed it to the room service guy on second day, but no action taken. However, on our second breakfast, we did have a breakfast around 9 AM, and it was a nice menu they have.

Very good hotel. The price and quality are just right. The staff is very responsive, ready to help at any moment. The room is clean and comfortable. The TV is very comfortable, there are channels with sport. Bathroom is good also. Breakfast was very tasty and satisfying.

The room view was not good although when booking was mentioned margala hills view. Also there was no water kettle/ tea&coffee sachets

Location was good and overall property was fine. Was expecting mountains view but was just a wall. Staff was very accommodating and cooperative.

I like breakfast food even i was very late due to some work outside the hotel. hot and cold water warm welcome with fruits was good thingoverall good but i forgot my watch

i just forgot my watch in room, no one contact me now i am in Lahore i try to contact but did not respond. and the problem for parking as you know already.
