Cleaning services can be improved in the corridors.It's difficult to maintain a big facility subjected to such weather conditions but still can be done.

The property was very nice. The mountain views from my room and the rooftop were spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. The general manager was very engaging, friendly and generous during my stay. I had a great experience at the hotel.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend Canari, for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Our stay was comfortable with an infant. The room was fine with a clean washroom. Recommended for families.

Overall everything seems good , only need bit focus about maintaining rooms and change of toiletries

The staff was very cooperative, rooms were extremely clean. The view from hotel was outstanding.

After rain, there was no electricity. I requested the hotel management to turn on generator. They did only for one hour and switched off the generator at 12 midnight. My family had to spend entire night in complete darkness. Children sleep was disturbed due to this. I hope that hotel management will solve this issue and make the genratoe ready at all times because rainfall is so common and frequest in those areas.

The staff was exceptionally sweet, nice and friendly. Mr Tahir is very accommodating and helpful... He even guided us to the best local recreational places which were just outstanding. We got a 2 bedroom flat and it was really clean with uninterrupted water supply (which is a big thing in the area) and running water heaters.The view from the room was amazing ? Will definitely, definitely come again

I recently had pleasure of staying at canari hotel khanspur from the moment i parked my car received very warm welcome from staff quick check in entered in room surprise to see cleaniness and view from tv lounge had dinner at rooftop that was unforgettable experience food was delicious and sitting in decorated gazebo was memoriable experience very peacefull place i higly recommend newly married couple to visit this lovely place

It was a very peaceful place with scenic views and the rooms were extremely good clean and nice sitting area I love the game room where I spend my lot of time playing table tennis.billard and fuss ball food was the best ever my first visit of khanaspur was extremely good I highly recommend every one who like to stay a place close to nature very peaceful and scenic staff was very friendly and professional

The heating system can be more better

The hotel staff was very kind & gentle towards the guests and they are very dedicated towards their work. I will never ever find this kind of behaviour from any hotel staff, we feel like we are staying at our own home.

The room was good and the food was awesome and the views were beautiful.

neat & clean rooms. view from the hotel was superb The staff at this hotel especially GM Mr Tahir abbasi were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions like bhutto point,moto tunnel, pipe line track,jannat abshaar.

Hotel is 5 mins walk from khanaspur Bazar and 5 mins drive from church, motto tunnel and beautiful pipeline track. Jannat abshar is 30 mins drive from hotel. So all mesmerising places are nearby.Food is top notch, neat and clean room, parking inside hotel, good value for money, Staff is super welcoming.Nothing could match the likeness of breathtaking views from the rooftop and rooms of canari hotel. You could sit all day on rooftop and enjoy the view.Canari hotel encapsulates it's guests in lasting memories.Mention of GM Mr. Tahir Abbasi shb is essential, his personal interest and follow up with hotel guests and the way he treats the guests is super. His care about comfort of guests is unmatched.I will definitely visit again.

yup...Location , Roof Top view and Staff all was very fine and i would like to go again in future...nice place and nice Hotel to stay in especially with families top to lower staff all are good.

Hotel location is exceptional as one side looks directly into valley and hotel's strategic location in Khanaspur allow the guests to visit most tourists spots in area without having to travel a lot. All hierarchies of staff are very friendly and are willing to assist you at all times. Food is great and having it on rooftop offers a surreal experience. Playing area with table tennis, snooker and table football offers a good time pass. Overall hotel provides

Rooms with windows opening in valley or with valley side balcony may result in couple of mosquitoes inside. It is advisable to keep mosquito repellents in luggage (but this applies to all hotels). Water supply at top floors may not be as good during very early hours like 5am etc however a quick call to hotel management resolves this.

Absolutely the best location I have visited. The views and scenery are just heavenly. The hotel is located in the best place possible. The staff are excellent, polite and ready to help immediately. Mr Abbasi the hotel owner is a gem. A very nice and genuine, kind man. He has all the information for the local tourism spots and even provided us with a brochure of where to visit. The rooms were nice, spacious, clean and well presented. The weather over there is awesome for August. No fan, AC required. The hotel has a games room, with snooker, table tennis etc to keep the kids busy for hours. The hotel has a roof top terrace. Where you can lounge, have food etc. but the best part is the view from the roof. It is unbelievably beautiful. You are literally in the clouds. The clouds surround you and your clothes get wet from their condensation. It's the perfect stay. I would advise anyone to come and stay here and book the rooms with the mountain view. Waking up to that view is an awesome sight. Canari Hotel which translates to Hotel on the edge is a fitting name as it is literally on the edge of the cliff. Don't think twice and just book for a great memory.
