Internet poor and water Tank leakin regularly and no Sockets working as no current I burnt my charger of iPhone and iPhone cable

nothing much to like

breakfast was totally not worth it, electricity kept fluctuating throughout the stay, Netflix did not work on smart tv.

The location was good

Problem in check in. The card machine could only work on some bank cards not all. Huge confusion on F& B and restaurant. Firstly, the Hotel One restaurant is highly overpriced with very mediocre food. Secondly there is a restaurant right outside Hotel One which is also called Hotel One restaurant and even though it has nothing to do with the Hotel the manager portrays it to be Hotel One official restaurant. The Hotel One staff are probably in on the scam. This restaurant is also highly overpriced with mediocre food.

The staff was very cooperative and checked in very late at night the person at reception helped us order dinner. Was an excellent experience

The location is perfect specially when you are travelling from lahore to naran so its the best place to take rest. Rooms are good and great value for money

The washrooms are very small in size

Room are very flexible and comfortable

Washroom need improvement water pressure is very Slow

Breakfast was awesome, they offered clean breakfast.

Mineral water bottle cost me 575 PKR which was a bit expensive. Service charges for these basic things should be minimum and should be adjusted in the basic hotel expenses that are paid upfront.

It was sparkling clean and the staff there were very polite, kind and helpful. They made sure that we had a comfy and great stay. Would highly recommend them!

The location was fine. Situation in the service area of the Hazara Motorway.

I went in the winter, the staff was no doubt very cooperative but there was an issue with the hot water coming in the taps. Due to load shedding, the electric heater had to be turned on manually by intimating the staff which they did every time.

Ease of access

Low value for money; very high price for a small room and food.

Breakfast was good, but limited options

Its on the motorway

The building was built for chinese labour. The washrooms are disgusting, the amenities were not given and had to call the reception to get them. The rooms were small. The place is not hotel but more like a hostel

The staff was exceptionally hospital. I would like to recommend Mr Sohail, Mr Taufeeq and Mr Atiq for their enduring efforts to keep the customers happy. I would again visit this property with my family soon.

Rates published on booking.com and total cost mentioned on the reservation itself are not aligned with actual, hotel charged additional tax as well.

It is in a quiet area so the night was peaceful. The staff’s behavior was so cooperative and pleasant. Mr. Atiq & whole team all are well-trained and have been so cooperative during our stay. ? ?

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, Hotel was renovated and good-looking rooms. There was a manager that helped us during our stay, he was very helpful and polite. My room is spacious and clean. The receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was Fresh and delicious. Highly Recommended.

Location is a service area, so a good on the route stay. Other restaurants and stores on the location are handy

Rooms were rather small and bathroom was not really upto the mark. Breakfast was OK, but only 4 tables for 24 rooms! Quite a wait. Location not for any sight seeing or resorting around

We reported to the Hotel at about 1700 hrs on 23 June 2022. No electricity and hence no AC and no internet. The staff was around and they informed that they will switch on Power Generator at night. Only then we will be able to put the AC on. For PKR 13K rent for a night, that service and response was ridiculous. Like a smart executive, the Manager packed up for home on time and we were left at the the mercy of line staff, who did not have the capability to address the issues. We waited for an hour to have things improved but in vain. Finally we left the hotel frustrated.

Callous attitude of senior staff to to address the basic needs of guests.

Courteous behaviour of attendant staff

It is not a hotel in the classical sense. Just rooms and a desk in the services building of motorway. At best you may like it a Motel.
