Khattak Lodge Murree

Food, Comfort, Cleanliness and Services everything was what were expecting. Especially the lightings and Big screen in night gave it a wonderful vibe. .Highly recommended for families ??

Would never stay there again

Lazy staff, very bad behaviour of staff, no towels for both washroom, no viper, no floor mat, no signals for mobile phones and also wifi automatically turned off on phones, no internet connection. And no staff visited to recover internet connection. Too much high prices for room dine-in menu.

There was no air conditioning in room.The staff and over all breakfast taking care staff were not even close to call professional.They must need training how to handle situation while having issue within themself .

Good location, sizeable room, great staff and decent breakfast. The bed was comfy.

State of cleanliness and quality of air in the room were really bad.

Hard Access by Car, did not get what was in the pic or booked on booking.com

The location is not good due to the one way road access and heavy traffic.

Property is located in a place hard to access during the peak traffic times. 20 min walk to the mall toad bazaar.

Rooms different from booking.com, usually not ready on time. Wash rooms not cleaned properly.

Lush green terraces. Beautiful lawns. Rooms furniture cleanliness. Washrooms with all the amenities. Food was finger licking. Complimentary breakfast was not only excellent it was of perfect quality.

We enjoyed the trail nearby. We also enjoyed the flowers and the landscape inside the hotel. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The beds had bugs or mites since we all woke up with insect bites all over. They did change the sheets for us, but as we know, the bedbugs are not stopped by a change of sheets, they need stronger repellants. The food inside the hotel was also subpar. We ordered dinner the first night, and it left a lot to be required. I would recommend going down to the Mall road just a short walk away and getting fresh cooked meals from there.

Rooms - tastefully decorated and nicely furnished. However the rooms dont have any mountain or forest view, but most rooms have a nice garden view…Bathroom - Clean and spacious… warm water takes some time to come but once it starts it is continuous. The shower water pressure is great!Staff - All staff is very cordial and friendly. Special mention to Mr. Saif! Room was upgraded with no extra chargesFood - A bit pricey, but really tasty. Breakfast buffet should have some more variety Facility - Very well maintained and clean place

1) Washroom severage was not working.2) Constant bad smell in the room, asked for airfreshner but it was never came.

Everything was 10/10, Rooms were so cozy and the whole place was so neat and clean, food was amazing we had a great experience!

Location is right in centre of Murree. Very comfortable road to Mall Road. The bed and cleanliness is SUPER good.. Hope it stays the same in years to come.

Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement.

We stayed at khatak lodge Murree ..Great service compare to value of money I paid service was excellent..cleaness of the hotel,well manner and professional staff ,very cooperative and food was also awesome..perfect location for a quite holiday away from the noise..near to mall road so convenient.it was really a wonderfull experience we all enjoyed a lot, we felt like home away home and beautifull gardens all around, rooms are beautifully decorated and provision of round the clock services, and rooms amenities same alike a luxury 5* hotel. 24 hour hot water and room service/reception staff, ample parking, kids never feel bored because of kids play area...we would definately stay in Khattak Lodge Murree in our next coming visits...In Shaa Allah...highly recommended
