I liked that there weren't that many people there, as it was too expensive and the season hadn't started yet.

Many things. First off, it wasn't clean. Second, it was just too expensive. It wasn't anything anywhere near to how expensive it was! It didn't offer anything significant. It was dirty, there were spiders which I had to kill. And they were huge! The washrooms sucked. There was warm water only in the day time and that also, not the whole day. The electricity sucked, the Internet also sucked. The location was bad. It had a very steep slope which the car had to cover and even a little inexperienced driver can have an accident pretty easily, especially if it's raining. The rent included breakfast but the breakfast sucked. Even the fried eggs were undercooked and fried in a whole lot of oil. They were raw and dripping oil! How hard is it to fry eggs! Don't even get me started on the rest of the food, it was abysmal. The rooms had a smell of ass. An ass infected by fungus. Yes it smelled like fungus dudes! The towels were not clean, the washrooms and the rooms were dusty. You couldn't even walk barefoot. The beds were very uncomfortable. If anyone has problems sleeping, just know that you won't get any sleep there! The TVs even didn't work! I had to call a guy to fix the TV! There wasn't even water in the room to drink! I had to give empty bottles to the staff to fill them alreast 3 times a day! The rent for my two days in that abysmal place was in excess of 33 thousand rupees. It should've been around 10 thousand for what it offered. I'm never going back there, and no one else should either.

Room wasn’t super clean. Spider webs and dust. Barely any toiletries, just a cheap small soap bar and a tissue roll. Staff wasn’t super attentive even though it wasn’t super busy when we arrived. No refrigerator in the room. TV didn’t function properly. Internet was high speed but not reliable, and stopped working every few mins. Not all electrical fixtures worked.

The location, cleanliness, staff and the rooms were great.

Food was not good.

No heating in room. They had radiators but refused to turn them on. The restaurant had no food regardless of the big menu they had in the room. You could only have chicken karhai or chicken biryani thats it.

It was a super clean place covering a huge area that allowed a lots of inside activity. The layout was fantastic allowing each guest to park the cars right in front of the rooms. The staff is very nice, quick to respond & very cooperative.

The payments for the food items should have been attached to the room accounts. On the contrary, you have to pay in cash each time you order anything to eat.

The front desk person is a rude guy.I booked a king room for 2 nights at Rs. Of 40,298 but he refused to give the king room for two nights.And offer king room for 1st night and executive room for 2 nd night and charged extra 5000.

Room was spacious, and loans were great.

Frequent electricity disruptions, hot water not available 24/7, food being served was not warm enough

Location is beautiful, relaxing, refreshing and peaceful, surrounded by nature.Fresh juices, honey, butter, yoghurt, lassi etc. Should be included in breakfast.

WiFi requires improvement. Management should consider providing mesh/safety grills to secure rooms from bugs and monkeys.

Breakfast was good but too much hassle

There was mild in the room, staff should have clean it before our arrival. Bed Mattress is old.

It was satisfactory trip .. staff were good and behave with ladies nicely and that key satisfaction of my trip ...location is v good

Comfy beds. Musical night.

Washrooms were smelly. The cottages were on steep slope or lots of stairs.

Staff was really courteous, clean rooms, nice food. Just out side many locations to visit. Enjoyed it thoroughly ?

over priced for the facilities and the services, although they were trying their best but lack of facilities. No option to pay through card, no intercom facility and no central heating system .

Breakfast was good. Back rooms have a spectacular view of the valley and forest.

Electricity outages in the evening. They are covered by generator. But the frequent interruptions are annoying
