Location , restaurants and staff including Huma and Manager Qasim helped throughout my stay. The mall is close to 16 minutes away (Centaurus). There is tight security at the entrance/property.

Wifi had some intermittent connectivity issues which were resolved by restarting the phone .

I had a booking at another hotel I won’t disclose the name but they messaged me so many times before I got there, which to me was suspicious and violation of privacy, so I switched my reservation to Best Western Premier Islamabad. I am so incredibly happy I switched to this hotel. It was my first time Islamabad. The hotel was very friendly but same time very private and respectful. The room service is just amazing… all of the foods were extremely good quality foods. The bread basket in American breakfast was so delicious and the fruit was so fresh and real (in America I am very skeptical of what I am truly eating.) All of my Mutton dish were absolutely delicious specifically Hyderabadi Biryani (most delicious). I ordered this more than once… Get this dish spicy… (and if you’re not Pakistani) just get a sprite with it, even as American and spicy it was the most delicious. I didn’t go to breakfast buffet but next time I will, this visit I just preferred the room service. The room service was so exceptional. They are very hard working and respectful. The mattress was so comfortable. The room had waters and they stocked the room with water, so I appreciated this soooo much! There is also an Asian restaurant down in the lobby. I also didn’t try but next time I will. In general everyone was respectful even in times of language barrier and they are very rapid to solve any issues at hand. This is my first visit to Islamabad, but won’t be my last. Thank you so much for exceptional service, respect, privacy, and just so much help on any issue I had. Next visit I will be bringing my family to this hotel so we will be getting multiple rooms. I am so happy to see things for myself in Islamabad, instead of listening to the islamaphobic lies of the electronic media. Truly exceptional place, Pakistan. A gem for tourism, everyone was so kind and I am so incredibly greatful and thankful for all hospitality I received. Salam.

I prefer to pay laundry at time of receiving because I needed to do another foreign money exchange and at checkout I paid. Thankfully I still had like 21000 rupees left so, it’s no big deal… and everything was truly exceptional. So for me this is not a major issue.

The staff was super nice n helpful , place was clean, one of best food ever ate it was fresh.

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite with access to the executive lounge. The room was luxurious, spacious, and equipped with every possible amenity. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained.The staff was extremely supportive, accommodating, and displayed outstanding hospitality throughout the stay.

The only area that could use some improvement is the restaurant — both the food quality and presentation, as well as the overall decor, could benefit from an upgrade to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

My stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel was overall enjoyable. The room was just okay, but the experience was elevated by the fantastic check-in service from Uzair. He was incredibly professional and even provided me with complimentary access to the executive lounge. I appreciated the thoughtful touch and would recommend this hotel for its great service!

The best part was the staff. Very thoughtful and helpful all around. Even packed us a lunch when we needed to be on the road all day.

Disappointing

Poor wifi connection, Electric power cutting, bad breakfast choices for foreigner, no hospitality with the staff,

Excellent Customer Service. Great breakfast.

Comparatively costly..

Staff were amazing. Super helpful. If you’re overseas and visiting PK this is the place to book in ISLB.

Breakfast food could have been a bit more fresh (pastries) but still would recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and extremely hospitable. The room was upgraded for free and service was prompt. Looking fwd to staying with BW again ?

Miserable

Hotel staff is pathetic and mannerless, the duty manager Qasim an ignorant non-professional alongwith the floolish illiterate lady on the reception. Charged me twice for the same room now denying the refund. Looting money

Best experience at hotel stay, they upgraded me to premium room , amazing staff all over specially the reception staff during check in were supper amazing , very good options for restaurant and room service..

I really enjoyed my stay with the excellent room & services. The staff is really helpful. I would like to specially mention the staff names who give me really help Mr. Uzair , Mis. Huma & Mis. Fatima. They give me favours really. Thank you so much ? I really appreciate it & I recommend everyone if you want to islamabad stay here.

Washroom doors should be locked & they shouldn't be transparent. Like in using the toilet I was not comfortable it was like that there was no privacy . Not bad for single person but if guests sit outside it becomes awkward.

This is now my go-to hotel in Islamabad. I stayed here in my last visit and definitely would be my only choice in future also. This is a newly renovated hotel. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfy and love the vibe of the hotel and the rooms. The staff are very welcoming, courteous, professional and amazing. Special thanks to Ms Miss Huma atbar at check-in who took care of us and accommodated our requests. Also MrWaheed and from housekeeping Munsif khan who did a wonderful job.The restaurant staff at buffet breakfast were also great.

The facilities were good and the room was nice. The duty manager and the restaurant staff were excellent.

Reception was really slow at check in and check out and not very helpful.

Loved the breakfast variety and taste. Room was very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Business center was very good. Overall ambiance was amazing.

The pool had a very sudden very steep drop to 6ft. Not kid friendly.

Cleanliness..

Front desk staff. They were not cooperative & didn’t know how to handle the customer. We were not given the exact room which we booked coz its was already occupied & were not given an upgrade also !!
