One lamp is not working

The room was nice. Though it is far from the center of Paris, it was really close to bus station and we did not have problems in terms of security.Thank you

The bathroom didnt have air circulation

The breakfast was reasonable, good coffee makers

Breakfast not suitable for diabetics as hardly anything without sugar. Staff from restaurant was rude when I asked him something which was related to reception but as the two desks are so close together I didn’t know that the gentleman was only there for restaurant tasks. No soap in the shower dispenser, had to climb out to get my own, spare shampoo, wet and nearly slipped

The bed was very comfortable and clean

The floor and the bathroom hadn't air filters. The room was stuffing

The rooms were so dirty, they had to change my room twice . The carpets are so old , dirty, and smelling

Everything apart if staff . The staff were good, but facilities are poor poor poor , the hotel needs to shut down and go for proper renovation

Breakfast, beds, showers, it was all nice

The tv sucks, the channels sucks in 2024 I think it is time to add smart tv with Netflix and stuff like that or at least the possibility the possibility to share our phone screen on the tv so we can watch something Interesting

The staff were friendly

The room was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t have kept animals in it. I have photos if you want to see them. They have to be seen to be believed. It was a hovel. A dump. Hideous. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For the money I was charged - £1300 for 5 nights! Unbelievable robbery.

Business trip - I select hotels based on location for my meetings but also free wifi, ease of access, comfortable room with coffee/tea while working in the room... good enough for me for business trips

you could tell the lack of staff especially during meal time - staff was doing its best however

Could do with a little renovation and upgrade all the facilities and rooms and charge less.

No fridge in room. No gown/slippers. Not allowed to eat food in the lounge downstairs. Slow lift. Too expensive for what it provides. Staff didn’t clean rooms properly, bedding not changed and never hoovered the floors even after asking them to. Toilet was leaking and couldn’t be fixed. Was told they’d give us a different room however it wouldn’t be the same as the one we paid for.

On my first day to sleep in on the bed, I find one insect I was curious ? and scared

The people that worked at the hotel were nice and helpful. The room had a leaking ceiling that was at the entrance of the room, we believe it was from the air condition. The ceiling panel was holding the water and at night it started poring off that i had to go downstairs and let them know and had them give me a bucket. I believe that is why the system was not cooling the room.

Check in excellent, Parking good, but didn't know about the charge. Carpet in room appeared tired and a bit stained, but comfortable and OK. Booked this hotel as stayed in another in the chain the day before and it was good.

The breakfast need more varieties for that price

The carpet in the rooms need to be change it looks old and dirty. I have to change twice my room because the air conditioner wasn't working.

Dirty I was there with my kids but we didn’t sleep at all Not clean!!!!!!

The room was reasonably spacious for a budget hotel and the bathroom had a very good shower. We weren't charged for parking and the free wifi is very fast.

When I arrived on Friday night I asked if I could have a glass of milk to take to my room to make tea, and the staff were more than happy to oblige. For the whole weekend, my parents and I were occasionally provided with a complimentary glass of milk every now and then from the staff at reception and everything has been fine, indeed they were all very friendly and helpful.However on Monday morning I was informed by the "manager" that it was not possible to get a glass of milk. He did not say that there would be a charge, he simply said that it is impossible to provide any milk. This is clearly not true, as his colleagues had been able to provide a glass of milk with no problem at all, so he was obviously just being difficult.Anyway, as I wasn't happy about this I asked him for his name so that I could make a complaint in writing, but he refused. I therefore had to take a photo of him, as there would otherwise be no way of identifying him.This "manager" then proceeded to come round the counter, he grabbed and twisted my arm and in a very aggressive and intimidating way told me I had to delete the picture. I told him to let go of me, that he was assaulting me, and that if he was that unhappy he was welcome to call the police instead. He did not call the police but he did hurt my arm, fortunately I was able to get away and return to my room. I was leaving the next day and didn't want to go through the hassle of getting the police involved.I would not stay again for as long as he works there, which is unfortunate because all other staff were exceptionally polite and friendly.

Thanks to the manager who intervened about the Major problem we had.The cleaners ( a male) at about 9:30am did not knock the room door number 108 were there was my wife little baby girls 2 month old and my son Rayane 8 years old. He entered the room without permission or knocking luckily my wife was still in her bed and my son was up and saw this stranger male opening the hotel door.I was in the second room 106 as I booked to hotel rooms.I reported it to the hotel manager who apologised to us.

Bad experience

Ok for the Price. Ok stay near Paris if you have car.

The room was very dirty. The carpet was full Of Stains, the aircondition was dripping water at the floor constantly. The room smelled Of smoke.
