Mosquitoes, a lot of mosquitoes, even though the stickers on hotel walls and windows warn you about the mosquitoes, you still cannot imagine how many they could be. Considering the location near the river and the number of Mosquitoes, a lot of mosquitoes—despite the stickers on hotel walls and windows warning you about them, you still can't imagine how many there really are. Considering the location near the river and the abundance of mosquitoes in the area, I think hotel management could install mesh screens on the windows. First of all, after the room is cleaned, there is a very strong smell from the cleaning agents used. The room's AC cannot ventilate it, so to get rid of this smell, you definitely need to open the window. Even with the AC on, without opening the window, there is no fresh air in the room, so you'll end up dealing with an army of mosquitoes either way. There are mosquitoes in the area, so I suppose hotel management could install mesh on the windows. First of all after the room celaning there is very intense smell of the cleaning staff used, room AC cannot ventilate it, so to get rid of it you definitely need to open the window, as well as even with the AC on, without opening the window there is no oxygen in the room, so in any case you will deal with the army of the mosquitos. So in the end, I have been forced to check out earlier and relocate to another Hotel

The location is 15 min from the main city Paris by car. The staff are very helpful. There is a optional breakfast which was really good. There is a restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent.

Nothing to mention

Great value for money! The room was spotless, modern, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated how clean and quiet everything was. The restaurant downstairs had a really lively atmosphere and good food — perfect for unwinding in the evening.

The location is great its 5 minutes from my warehouse in Bezons allowing me to have a stress free drive to work.We use this hotel a lot its so convenient, the restaurant downstairs is also great

Easy to find, good car park, all brand new, very functional and clean. comfy bed.

Check in staff was not welcoming at all...some people are in the wrong job. Walls seemed very thin as neighbour kept hitting the wall... not sure if thats because there were having a good time or could hear our telly.. was very late at night.

Hotel has a private parking

There was not enough towels for us. No hand towel and also when got into the room there wasn’t soap to wash hands. We had to go to the reception to ask towels and the soap. Bed was very hard and the pillow was too small. Very disappointed with the hotel.

The breakfast was nice even though it would be excellent if they could add halal options, like turkey bacon,chicken sausages, etc. Location was OK, the closest shop was a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Staff didn’t speak English, no breakfast included in the room, no iron in the room.

It was clean and had parking.

We had to walk 1.5–2 km to buy bus tickets. You cannot buy in the area.

- Very spacious rooms. - Gated premises with plenty of free parking. - The restaurant downstairs offers a decent italian menu.

- The location is not ideal for exploring city. Takes almost an hour to reach major attractions like Eiffel. - No other restaurant in vicinity.- Breakfast offered is quite basic

Comfortable and clean. Large room for family.The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Can look for better places without mosquitos

There were mosquitoes in the room and when requested to change the room, smaller room with fewer beds was provided and payment adjustment was promised, still waiting for email. Looks like they completely lost it.

Rooms have enough space, bathroom has no extra otherthan liquid soap.

Taking city tax not acceptable, also no breakfast provided

Breakfast very poor, receptionists were unempathetic in responding to requests, bathroom very tiny

-The hotel was the cheapest at the time.-Walk in and out whenever you want-free parking

-My room had stains and cobwebs on the roof, heavy dust everywhere, was over everything in the room.-Blood stains underneath my fitted sheets-The floor was so dirty it was making me and my girlfriends feet black, we had to put down the sheets and towels for the floor so we could walk around.-The staff here are appalling, I told them about this issue and they laughed at me, told me they clean rooms everyday. I went back and took photo proof and they just dismissed the whole thing. They would frequently chat amongst themselves in french while I was trying to resolve the issue, They eventually just stopped speaking English to me.-next day room service "cleaned" the room while me and my misses was out, everything was still there, they come in and change the towels, the bins and just place things where they originally belong, I know this because the floor was still making my feet black, behind where your head rests on the bed was still cluttered with dust, and a sheet that I stuffed there was still there, the bed still had blood stains so they don't change them also was still as dusty as ever.-I also want people reading this to understand it was extremely dusty, but amongst the dust was bits of food, nails, hair and stuff from outside like mud and pebbles. It wasn't just bits of dust everywhere it was thick dirt and clotted dust everywhere, it was really bad.I emailed all of this to a manager who apparently works there, I haven't received a response. Pretty sure the lady's at the till gave me a fake number.There's an old black lady who works there and a young black lady, both with long hair and the old one wears glasses. If you see them then good luck with your stay and pray the room is perfect. Because it won't change if it isn't.-The area around is very ghetto, lots of litter and beggars.-It's a 30min walk to the metro to which it takes around 40mins to get into Paris.
