A good, simple stay. Takes around 1,000 Yen to get to Tokyo. Room is good and simple to.

It would be nice to have a water machine, where we can refill our water bottles. This way we don't have to always buy water.

2 hours from Tokyo. You will spend a lot to get in good places. Really have that in mind. room tiny, bed good for ONE person, don't try two. Smallest bathroom on earth. Staff very cold. They say a lot of No's. Wifi terrible. Needed to buy mine to work.

The staff did not let us fill water from the water dispenser in the lobby. There was no place to have drinking water for hotel guests

I don't know...everything just felt cozy. From the lobby to the room, everything felt, well, cozy haha. The room was normal Japanese size, but I didn't feel cramped in there. Well organized and clean. Also very close to station.

Choose the smoking room and it has a really strong smell of cigarettes. (Smoking iqos)Next time will choose non-smoking room.

I felt like the price was fair but I was expecting a restaurant and spa at the facility also.

There was a restaurant on site but it was never open. Thats very misleading for people to see in the add there is a restaurant and its never open. Even for coffee in the morning I had to leave and go to a family mart to obtain coffee. There is no spa at this location either. Usually the hotel front desk was only staffed from 1200 to 2200 on some days. Other days it might be from 1200 to 2000. The bathroom was very small with a tub that was not something I could even fit in and the ceiling was much lower than the room. You had to step up to go in and step down to go out. For someone looking for a hostel type room this would be ok but I was only since I was one person staying it was an adequite room that I could get by in. There was no place for a suitcase except for on the floor.

the booking I got was cheap but the room was beyond my expectations for the price point. It was a standard 1 person room with quality items, none of that cheap stuff
