    Pros +

    • Because it's on the outskirts of Tokyo, it's cheaper than other hotels-but way more functional. The rooms are bigger, you feel like you can spread out your stuff and your self. And hopping a train into the heart of Tokyo isn't hard-ride is long, though
    • The location was great, close to the train stations, buses shopping and restaurants. There were several restaurants in the hotel, as well as shops, etc. The staff was great and went out of their way to be helpful, especially the front office staff.
    • Friendly staff.

    Cons -

    • The beds were not as comfortable as others but not a game changer -
    • Expensive for a small suburban city
    • The facilities is kind of old.

Again, this hotel is right next to the station, may have been owned by Keio Lines RR - the hotel was a little bit on the old side, but very big western style rooms, I have learned as a solo traveler if you get a twin room, you can put your suitcase on the other bed, great view, the internet was very spotty, really nice folks everywhere you went

The beds were not as comfortable as others but not a game changer -

Centrally located next to train station. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

Expensive for a small suburban city

Good Chinese restaurant. Close to train station and vibrant downtown area. Nice room.

Wished they has a quick early breakfast.

I am told this is the best hotel in the Hachioji area, and I think it is. They were accommodating with requests, the breakfast was excellent with many choices (Western, Japanese meals), the room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Location was excellent was it was right off the JR Hachioji station, which made it convenient to go to work at the Kita Hachioji area.

The room design was very plain and old style. Hotel needs modernization. Breakfast hours need to be lengthened to start earlier (6:00 am) instead of 7:00 am. I requested for a paper bag and was charged Y100 for it (I think for the amount I spent to stay there, it could have been free).

Very nice room. Reasonably priced. Great location.

Located in a very convenient area.

Hotel is outdated.... I stayed in 3 different rooms, standard room, executive corner king, executive double. All different prices but I didn't see any benefit paying more for executive rooms. (executive corner king was little larger but executive double was same as standard room....nothing stood out) I expected little more comfortable seating in executive corner king but the chair was very hard to sit. (my children's room had better chair...)

It was a business trip for meetings in the Hachioji area. The staff was very friendly and check-in was very fast. The room was clean and spacious when compared to most hotel in Japan. As usual, the amenities in the room was superb. I could do my work in the room as well as it was comfortable and conducive (quiet).

    9CkPosted on: 12-10-2024

The location is superb. Near to all the shopping malls and eateries.

Room is facing direct sun in the day, aircon temperature can not be adjusted, and as such, we can't rest in the room during the day.

    6KeokPosted on: 12-4-2024

Near to the station and connivence to shop. The staffs are friendly.

No sofa or waiting area at the lobby. The breakfast was expensive and not many choice. No coffee making machine in the room. Most 4, 5 starts hotel with this facilities.

Good location, upscale large room with all amenities

Room was cold, the heating was not available, only A/C. Very dissappointed that I could not make it warmer, was intending to get some work done in a nice comfortable warm room but it wasn't suited for that.

    10GuanquanPosted on: 10-3-2024

The hotel is in a good location, close to the station and very quiet. The hotel is well decorated, the bed is moderately soft and firm, and the curtains are also very light-proof.

What concerns me most is that the alarm clock on the bedside is luminous and it is very bright when I sleep at night.

    The location, cleanliness

Does not have an Onsen or such experiences

    7AbidahPosted on: 9-11-2024

Location was next to Celeo Mall and Hachioji train station.

Too far from main attractions of Tokyo.

    Location and price

The lady receptionist wasn’t the best. I guess I was expecting more initiative from her but I had to ask about breakfast buffet and she saw my 5 year old daughter. I had to ask for a kid’s toothbrush and slippers from a different staff.

The staff and the location were perfect.Very friendly and ready to accommodate any needs.Very close to the bus and train stations.
