"The hotel is good for a short stay. Public transportation is available nearby, but it is a bit far from the city center. The cleanliness level is good. and the place gives a nice sense of comfort and safety."

Some small touches could improve the overall experience. For example, there are no pipes to drain the air conditioner water, and it drains onto the terrace. There is no hairdryer. There is nothing to hold the showerhead in place, so you have to hold it by hand while showering. There are no shelves in the wardrobe.

Good price, clean rooms, warm.

Hotel looks a bit weathered from the outside by inside it is nice. Not quite modern but good nevertheless

The bathroom was dirty and the shower wasn’t even attached to the wall! Only one of the lights in the room actually worked. It was very run down

Polite personnel

It was dirty, there were hair in the bathroom, there was a bad smell in the room and the corridor

Ideal location for the purpose of my stay, a stone’s throw from excellent public transport links, taxi rank, all the local shops and all the places I wanted quick and easy access to. The location of the property makes it a default choice for me. It’s clean, fully A/C’ed, the beds are comfy and staff are polite and helpful.

The property in general could do with a bit of sprucing up.

Service and cleanliness were par, and the receptionists were extremely accommodating.

Size of rooms, a bit noisy as well.

Nightmare

The place is falling a part. People are yelling at night back and forth, reminded me of hospital ward. The room was disgusting and not clean, there was no hot water. Absolutely horrible. Do not stay. You should update the pictures because the hotel looks nothing like that.

I do not recommend... Too expensive for what you get!

Doors with holes...Shower door railway broken...Smells from cooking oil all over the hotel. From the entrance till the 3rd floor.

Despite our initial reservations after reading the reviews that other guests left previously.We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel was actually a real gem.Very convenient location to both public transport and local amenities.The receptionist was friendly and helpful.Room was clean and very quiet.It is simple, clean, quiet, very good WiFi and absolutely great value for money.

Couple of complaints that I was going to mention to you wondering if coul be any compensation. The hotel stated that there was continental breakfast when I booked and there was no breakfast. Also it stated there was a bar and there was no bar available which were both disappointing. Please let me know xx

Clean room, good location, value for money!

Hotel looks a bit outdated. Not that it matters though if you are looking for a clean and spacious room for your Athenian adventures.

No room cleaning for the 5 days we stayed.NO glasses in the room! Had to get a couple from the bar downstairs.TV did not work, A/C did. Changed to a better room, now TV worked but not A/C.Older building that needs some renos.
