We liked the pool. The breakfast as amazing. The room included a stocked mini fridge and the best part was that everything inside the fridge as free. Free access to computer and printer.

To get from the hotel to central Athens required a 15 min. walk to the subway and a 25 ride on the subway. But this was not a surprise for us.

Located in exactly part of Athens we were interested in, within easy walking distance to the metro. Neat & clean room with stocked fridge. Complimentary breakfast was the best we had during our entire time in Greece. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bathroom was tiny but we found this the same at nearly every place we stayed. Ample parking but on the street.

Large spacious rooms- very clean.

Location is convenient, but you miss the hustle and bustle of Athens.

The windows were missing the seals. All the noise feom the road could be heard inside. Mold on the walls in the bathroom. Poor breakfast, the omlette was like chewing gum, even if it was still early, the other type of eggs were missing.

Great people, easy check in/out, everything is practical.

Heating system is quite noisy, and makes it difficult to sleep at night. Also the doors of the rooms are closed only by hitting strong (or other guests believe it is necesary), so sleeping after 7am is almost impossible with the door hitting noises.

Nice pool and good breakfast.Location was good for us as we were going to concert at Olympic stadium.For exploring Athens it is not a good location.

Safe deposit was not working. I complained nobody fixed it.Asked for extra pillows never got them.

Nothing really bad, more some improvement feedback for the room: The double bed had 2 duvets (one for each person), the bathroom had a horrible smell coming from the drain, there was only one bedside table, nowhere to put the suitcases but on the floor, no bedside lamps, only big lights in the room.

I liked that it was close to the mall. It was a clean room...and nice and quite area.

I think it was very expensive for the room although it was very comfortable and clean plus there was no breakfast included in the price.

Spacious room. Very clean. DAY time reception staff were lovely! (Mini bar with free Treats is a lovely touch) cracking room with tea & coffee facilities too!

The only thing that Spoilt the stay was the very rude night reception guy. Bad attitude! Awfull customer service!

I wish we had listened to the other bad reviews. Place is a building site, and clearly only used for cheap conferences etc. Pool area is terribly run down, as is most of the buildings. We complained about our first room which was beyond repair, the door didn’t lock and the air con was mouldy. Staff were nice and tried to help by offering a renovated room, but the price that you have paid means that nothing they can offer makes up for it. That’s not their fault, it is obviously the company to blame. We only stayed one night before the airport, had we been booked for longer I would not have stayed. We stayed in central Athens for half the price in brilliant places. Would not recommend you stay here at all.

That the fitness was not available even if marketed on the ordering - if and under a reconstruction the hotel should offers alternative solutions e.g. by external vendors or re-located the fitness machines in another location in the resort - next time I will investigate and if not promised change the stay to another hotel ;o(

The renovated rooms are nice. Fairly clean.

The staff at the front desk was very rude throughout our stay. Also, one of the welcome soda bottles that were in the fridge in the room was already open and half empty.

Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and our room was nice.The neighbourhood the hotel is in (Marousi) is really nice with a ton of places to shop and eat/drink really close by.The airport is also not far, about 20 minutes in a taxi so it's really good if you have an early flight to catch.

All the staff was very helpful, polite and kind. The room was huge with all the facilities plus everything in the mini fridge was free (soft drinks , crackers and fresh water). The location is ideal if you want a nice and quiet stay. The Olympic stadium, Olympic museum, the golden hall and the mall are very near, you can walk or take a taxi! Marousi destruct has a commercial center with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shops and it's 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes with a taxi (cost 8 euros). The metro station is a 3 minute walk and takes you to the city centre. There is a train under the metro station that takes you straight to the airport, 9 Euros ticket and 20 minutes trip. The pool is ideal for children and the hotel offers towels for the pool. The food at the restaurant and the drinks are.The people who work there are amazing and we would like to thank them all.

The grass around the pool area needs more care. Some rooms are very old, but they started to renovate most of them gradually. Some rooms don't have balconi, but they have big windows and all the facilities.

Everything was great to be honest and I would definitely come back again.The Mall is 7 minutes away and the train station is next to the mall.

I found pubic hair on the sink top in the bathroom and the big black shampoo bottles were empty.
