Hotel Maroussi

Room was clean. Nice room, but very small. Small breakfast was included. It was fine. Room was ok for the price.

Room was very small. The staff INSISTED we must turn in the key whenever we leave. I said no! I've never lost a key in my life!!

I got on great with Alex at reception, who was very helpful and kind.Breakfast was ok, generous, always the same : boiled egg, 1 piece of fruit, cheese, 1 slice of cake on top of the usual continental breakfast. The location was easy to reach by train/metro, however the nearest station, Neratziotissa, was a nightmare : no sign posts, very confusing, difficult even to find the exit!!

Staff were very friendly. It was clean. We were provided with toiletries, linens, good breakfast, etc.

Although there was AC, it didn't cool the room properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay.

This is 2 star hotel, I didn't expect too much.I would rate like this, for 2 star hotel is very good, but you have to keep in mind it is 2 star hotel

Quiet and with easy access to train and metro. 10-15 minute walk from the station. 20 minutes by train from the airport. Very friendly staff.

Lives up to its 2*standard. Friendly staff. Few minutes walk to light train that takes you to center or elsewhere. Taxi ride away from new upscale Kifisia neighborhood. Very reasonable rate for those who don't mind the distance from the crowded touristic center.

Position was not far not near from the business and it helped me not ot bother to find a parking spot near the business. Also there have been restaurant near the area just walking a couple of min or even a mall..

Well.. The WiFi was a little bit pour in perfomance where also sometime a video stream could lack or block.there was almost no electrical socket free to charge phones or use a laptop or a small desk where to work in case of needs

Nosey staff

Nosey staff.I went out after midnight, and the receptionist of that shift asked me: "Where are you going so late at night?"I returned a few hours later, and he asked me in an ironic way: "Did you manage to find the way back?"

Lovely hotel located 20 mins from Athens Olyimpic Stadium. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away

Nice comfy bed and nice people. Lots of breakfast and good location for metro into Athens.

Bath, hard to find the sweet spot for taking a shower in the bath. Bed not too comfortable, movie widely whenever I was changing position

Everything. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating and make our stay a pleasant one. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, modest but healthy and filling. The surrounding area is also very quiet and peaceful, within walking distance of shopping area and local amenities.

In quite a built up area of Marousi but that is typical of the area. We had paid for a double deluxe room with two beds but there was only one double when we arrived. When pointed out they immediately set up a single bed in the room and gave us complimentary drinks which was nice. However the extra bed made the room very cramped. In England I would definitely not class it as deluxe. For 1 night it was acceptable but at €106 felt it was expensive but then we are used to Premier Inn standard and prices which I didn't feel the hotel reached. We left too early to have breakfast so cannot comment, maybe this would have made me feel it was better value for money.

Amazing breakfast and super helpful staff

One Plug wasn’t working

The hotel is located in a quiet street of Marousi within a walking distance from Oaka. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with what you can expect from a hotel room. Though old, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are partially renovated. The breakfast didn't have a buffet, but we were served a beautifully put together basket with goodies which were just enough for a good breakfast! We had our breakfast outside, at the little garden at the entrance of the hotel in the peace and quiet, and it was very beautiful.

Some amenities like shower head and hair dryer were too old and could be replaced with some newer ones. Also, the windows and doors didn't have screens for bugs, so that could be changed as well.

The location was perfect for my job.Near to Neratziotissa train station. European breakfast as expected, covered my needs.

Convenient location for a trip to Airport. Clean and staff assisted with printing requirements. Well established area for hotels. Great Cretan restaurant around corner.

We stayed 2 nights for the concert. Overall we had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. They were always ready to assist with any requests. Location is very great for us, very close to the Olympic Stadium, we reached there without needing to use public transportation. The breakfast also was sufficent. I would recommend for its excellent staff and service.

The cleanliness could have been better. While the room was generally clean, there were a few areas that needed more attention.
