Check-in and Check-out processes were easy. A Japanese breakfast style was excellent providing variety of choices.

Location is perfect. Food is really good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to attractions and transportation. The room isn't large, but it has everything you need.

The location of hotel was good. Parking was easy. Room was clean, but tiny.

Really tiny room and bathroom. Not enough space for luggage. Seemed a bit expensive for such a tiny place.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Onsen is nice and hot, breakfast is fine and you get unlimited sparkling water and a welcome drink.

We particularly liked the location as it was in a quiet area yet located near to the station, lots of great restaurants, and a walkable distance away from Matsumoto Castle. Although we didn't have time in our itinerary to sample the breakfast, we enjoyed the welcome drink. The timings for the men's and women's baths didn't quite work out for us either, but we were able to enjoy hot baths in our room itself with the excellent water temperature and pressure. You could select your preferred type of pillow at reception.

The room decor felt slightly dated, and the timings for women's baths was a little inconvenient for travellers who might want to leave early for the day and return only after dinner.

There is a walking distance from train station

The price was worth staying. And we were surprised with free drink/alcohol at night. They were generous with the free drinks. We truly enjoy our relaxing times trying Sake or Umechu or other drinks.

The room lighting was quite dim but it was ok as we stayed only 1 night.

Superb location to the station and downtown, most friendly staff and a wide range of pillows to choose from. Lovely stay!

The hotel is walking distance to train and bus station and was convenient for me to get to where I wanted to go. A good breakfast was included which was another plus. All in all I enjoyed thoroughly my stay in Matsumoto and had a very good impression of the city.

The staff were courteous and welcoming. I really enjoyed the Japanese hospitality that was displayed. The onsen was good.

A bit confusing between 2 super hotel in different locations.

Service with a smile. Great central location, walking distance to most attractions. Included breakfast and onsen was a nice bonus. Love the option to pick own pillow type, plus the many toiletries options.

Nothing! We wish we could have stayed longer

Everything was excellent. Fantastic location. Staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. Rooms were very comfortable and being able to choose our preferred pillows and toiletries was great. The in-house onsen was superb as well. Breakfast was yummy! Kids enjoyed the different choices.

it was very clean...but very basic. We had a bunk bed room and there wasn't any space to open/store a suitcase ( as with many Japanese hotels) Lots of extras such as PJs. The staff were super friendly and accommodating . can't fault their service.

The double bed was quite cramped. The room was quite small (double bed against a wall with bunk ontop)The breakfast seating was terrible, probably a left over from covid times, but all seats/tables were singles with perspex barriers to either side and to the front. It felt like visiting times in a prison ( from what ive seen from TV naturally). We decided to get breakfast out even though t was included in our price.

Loved the free breakfast, superb location and convenience.

The hotel has a very small dining area used for breakfast which is also a makeshift lobby area. Felt a little cramped during breakfast time, but can't complain for a free breakfast. Just seemed a bit chaotic in the morning sometimes when there's hardly room to move.
