- Rooms are smaller Japanese style, especially the bathroom. So just be aware and plan accordingly. Beds a bit firm for my taste, but otherwise great.
- It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer, but we had to pay for 4 dryer cycles in order to dry one load of clothing. Might need to be cleaned out.
- Room way too tiny difficulty to walk and not accurately represented in photosSmell from the bathtub and gas bubbling up

Prime location. Close to JR station and main attractions. Good self-served breakfast.
During my stay, the carpark was full, and the nearby carparks were expensive. Thus not recommended to travel by car if you can help it.

The location is near Matsumoyo station. Healthy breakfast and welcome drink during 15.00-20.00 are superb. Alcohol, cocktail, wine, Sake, juice are provided unlimited during welcome drink time. The hotel provides choices of pillows at the 2nd floor.
The size of the room is quite small. No shower cap is provided. I needed to do the bed sheet for my bed on my own.
location is great just one block from JR Station. Simple breakfast but good with variety of food (western and Japanese, meat and no-meat).
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The location was near the station, the room is perfect! Breakfast was fulfilling, internet speed was great. Overall it was a great place to stay :) I will want to go stay there when I go back to Matsumoto ;)
