The hotel is located near Sakudaira Railway Station. There are several restaurants on the ground floor of and around its building. There is free pubilc bath for guests. The air-conditioned room is well-equipped with all amenties you need. Staffs are freindly and supportive.

Compared to other hotels with same quality in Japan, this hotel rate is quite expensive.

I used to live around here and we used to go every week for the public hot bath. Everyone is nice and we got the view of Mt.Asama.

The parking fee. Also the hotel and really outdated. It would be good to renovate it since its a good location, it will be good for profit.

Cheap cars convenient and 24 hr desk for late travellers. Good onsens.

Front foyer should be tiled so easy movement without taking shoes off for a large hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay included access to the large bath and manga gallerly. The breakfast buffet was good to have so that we don't have to worry about buying breakfast ahead of time.

The rooms were very small, which is probably typical for Japan. We could barely sit on the toilet since the unit bathroom is so compact. Since we are a family of five, it was a squeeze to stay in two rooms. We were told that next time we would need to get another room which would not be economical.

Good public onsen on site which I was not aware when booking. Very good onsen though a bite old and good breakfast. Free parking is a plus.

Manger and staff were very nice, professional and helpful even with the language barrier. For the money I spent, it put the Marriott Courtyard in Tokyo Chuo area to shame.

I wanted to use the onsen, but I have a tattoo on my left should. it’s two kanji symbols. The sign said people with tattoo are not allowed in the onsen, and it is because the hotel caters to a lot of seniors and local families using the onsen. it’s understandable.

Great location next to the shinkansen station, solid breakfast, nice spa.

The room is tiny and there isn't even a proper chair. The restaurant offers an unexciting menu for dinner

Decent room, clean, reasonably modern facility. Great view of the mountain from my room. Reasonable location.
