Sora Hotel Karuizawa Outlet

The staff were very kind and made an effort to remember our dog’s name! The hotel is close to plenty of shopping areas so I really appreciated that. The breakfast isn’t a buffet style but I liked the choices available. It was nice to have our dog sit next to us while eating breakfast.

This was one of mine and my partners favourite hotels of our 3 week trip around Japan! The location was wonderful with a car, our room spacious and clean, lovely staff, and beautiful breakfasts. We couldn’t recommend it more!

It has a table that the family can use to eat.

That is little bit small and if you are in the first floor it can hear the foot steps in the 2nd floor.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice decor and newly renovated. Ideal if traveling with a dog. Free on site parking. Just a few minutes drive away from the shopping and outlet mall.

The room was spacious with a dinkng table. It was clean and had no foul smell from pets at all. It was also quiet. The amenities were complete. You have an option to get a 2,000 yen per night refund if you don't need to have your room cleaned. Im not sure if this was a promo.

The location is far from the station. It is better if you have a car. They have no shuttle, so we had to take a taxi to the resort each time.

Staff are very nice and welcoming. The room is very big and cozy. We had a very good time there and will visit this hotel again

The infrequent bus schedule is not convenient without renting a car.

lower price given it is located in a popular tourist area! although I didn't bring a dog (I do not have one), you are allow to bring yours here. there is a nice little park for your dog. and the lobby is chill, customer service is also great.

I didn't like there was no changing place in the hotel room. the toilet and bathroom are separated, while there was not cloth/towel hanging spaces in the bathroom. Although they provide a folding screen for blocking yourself, it is still not convenient.

Our second stay in this hotel and we loved it. Nice clean room, great breakfast and the staff are amazing. They remembered details from our first stay, food preferences, even our dog's birthday! Will be back.

The hotel and the room were very cozy and comfortable. It's dog friendly hotel but it was very clean. Location near the outlet and conveniently store.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was great and the large dog run open 24h is great when staying with your dog.
