Nice staff, good breakfast.

A bit overpriced for what it has to offer. The rooms are extremely old, and didn't seem that clean either. The mattress was really old and stained.

Excellent breakfast! We loved the quality of breakfast and varieties. The staff members at the front and housekeeper were courteous and professional.

The facility appeared old and that is why others left lower reviews for its cleanliness. But I think it is due to aging. Rooms are cleaned and prepared well, though. The parking spots seemed competitive due to limited parking availability.

Cheap, spacious room & bed, clean

Heater wasn’t effective, too dry. Only shower, no bath. Very far from station

The hotel was only a 20 minute walk from the station so it was useful for our overnight stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The decor is retro and fun. The breakfast was good and I was glad that it was included.

The bathroom was clean, however it was old and water splashed all over the floor when we showered, even with a shower curtain.

Fantastic Breakfast! Loved the kimonos for the night. Worked well for us whilst we were visiting. Easy check in and check out.Thank you for a lovely stay!

The pictures online are NOT what you will get. The rooms are disgusting and out dated. One room had ripped chairs. The smell is of cigars and humidity. I do not recommend. The staff is nice but that’s it

Staff was nice.

The hotel needs to be refurbished. Installations in our room had to be 30+ yrs. And phonic isolation needs to be improved (a neighbor seemed to have a great time playing harmonica past midnight).

The breakfast was okay for the price of the hotel. The location is a little far from the station.

The AC didn’t work well.But the staff was helpful to put an electric fan in the room.

Great view of mountains. Adequate space in the room. Comfortable bed, amazing breakfast and good bath tub.

We did mot like our first room which was forĵĵ smoking. When we asked g or a change the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast is not bad. No noise from trains and other rooms.

Water kept dropping from the air conditioner on the first day, which did not happen on the second day though. Generally, this is a very old hotel so you cannot request too much, but I think I would recommand other hotels if you have a choice.

Staffs are nice and helpful. We booked the hotel in the last minute, when we got there, it was almost 11PM which was out of the service time. The parking was full, but the front desk staff nicely led us to got about property parking.

After I stayed here, I was 90% satisfied with there even the reviews rates showed only 5.3, such as their check in system was new, their staff were nice, the breakfast was great. However I do think they deserve better ratings. The only thing I would say that not too good, it’s about facilities are a bit too old, like no washlet , room smells a little like old hotel. I don’t think it’s not clean, just old smell.

We booked a non-smoking room but still smell smoking on the walkway and even in the room. Breakfast is too limited.

Disappointed

I couldnt sleep. The room wall is thin wood, sounds from every room is connected even moving chairs, toilet, closing door etc

Bad

Building is under reconstruction, so permanent noise. Ventilation is room makes terrible noise, so unable to sleep. When complained about it I was told that nothing can be done about it. For price ¥9500 I expect more. Better to avoid this place

The room had everything i needed to take a shower and spend the night. Nothing special, but comfortable enough.

I was on foot and it was raining. The hotel was further from the station than i thought it would be. Reception is on a computer screen, which works fine, but it felt almost weird rs. Not out of range, but pricier than i would expect
