    Pros +

    • Very nice resort with direct access to the beach (despite it being rocky). Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. Room was clean.
    • This is a big beach front resort that knows the drill to handle a lot of people efficiently. There are lots of chaise lounges, tanning beds, a pool bar, a very good breakfast buffet and the staff are professional and friendly. The beach is not sandy - small round rocks - but the water is lovely. It’s a beautiful setting. Easy to walk into town for dinner, even up the hill to the old town, which is a must. Good parking across the street in the hotel private lot.
    • Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Easy accessibility.

    Cons -

    • Rules are too strict for a vacation spot (towels, no eating by the pool, no moving chairs, need to request a special key at the reception for the gym facility).
    • It felt a bit regimented. Their operation has to utilize rules in order for it to run so well. However, I was really shocked to be charged for ice cubes at the pool bar. €.10 per cube! I paid it when I checked out. Seemed really miserly considering what we paid for the room and I’ve never been charged for ice. Also couldn’t get a big plastic cup at the breakfast buffet. I found one behind the bar in front of the breakfast room. Very strict on the pool towel allotment, too.
    • I did not like that we could not bring food you our room. And the drinks at the bar were very inconsistent

Amazing room, very clean & the sea view was a big plus. The breakfast had a lot of options, the pool was well maintained and the place overall was amazing. It is close to the city and it's the ideal place to spend your vacation. 100% recommend.

Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding and pool was beautiful. Shuttle bus to Old Town Altea was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and roomy. Great choice to stay at this hotel.

    We liked everything

Pool area was nice if a bit overcrowded. Pool bar was nice.

Check in took over 40mins. Staff were very unhelpful. First day I had no water at all in my room, I could not use the toilet, shower or the sink. I had dinner plans and the guy on the phone showed zero urgency in trying to assist me in a timely manner. Then when it was fixed I had only cold water for a day. For the third day I had hot and cooked water which intermittently came on whilst showering. There was black hair stuck on the hair dryer.

I loved the view from our room, we were so close to the beach we could hear the waves when we had the windows open. Value for money was really good. Clean rooms, good food at the restaurant. Relaxing stay.

They have a lot of rules, such as getting back the beach towels if we loose them we need to pay 20 euros each. We can change the beach towels every three days only. We wanted empty glass cups to the room they wanted to charge us 12 euros. I think they have all these rules because its a huge hotel and they cant control everyone. They need more staff.

The property was OK for our needs a little bit large and spread out - the best part was the pool since the beach here is too rocky to really enjoy, even though there is access.

The food was quite spotty - it was an amazing spread, like you’d see in a college cafeteria, but the quality just so so.

    The location

Hotel is also available for other private events/parties thats made a not controllable mix, specially in the evenings, this made that the there where not enough space free seats/tables by the bar in the evening and not enough waiters, etc, in my opinion this combination not possible or the events separate room or area.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. Excellent food choices at lunch and dinner.

Good value for money, beautiful swimming pool, great breakfast and view from our balcony.

    9AllisonPosted on: 4-27-2025

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was the biggest I’ve ever seen. The views amazing The pool area superb and the food was vast and perfect

Forgot our takeaway breakfast for early morning departure

Outside area was lovely……rooms were very nice.

Spa was an additional cost.Taps in the bathroom were a bit old and could do with being replaced.

The staff very cool I came with my friend for our best friends wedding they were very nice and gentle. I actually let them know I would definitely comeback

Maybe the breakfast could be earlier, we used to eat at 6am in France.

    9PaulPosted on: 4-12-2025

Very clean, friendly staff always on hand, stunning pool, great bar, cycling facilities perfect. Entertainment was a bonus.

The buffet needs plant based/vegan options to be labelled. No one seemed to know what was in the dishes. And meat or dairy was in almost everything, including (weirdly) minestrone soup, and the vegetable soup. Approx 3% of guests must have had the same issue, given around that many people are vegan in Europe.

    8JennyPosted on: 4-3-2025

    Was OK...

Food was warm, not hot, same with coffee etc. Breakfast was from 7.30am-10.30am, we got there at 9.40am and selection was somewhat reduced

    1AndyPosted on: 3-29-2025

    Room was adequate

Be warned this hotel is aimed at large groups of cyclists in spring. Expect to get bar/lounge full of large groups of sweaty cyclists and their bikes, and breakfast and restaurant laid up as trestle tables for large groups. All artwork and 24/7 tv in the bar aimed at sports cyclists.

    6AmandaPosted on: 3-20-2025

Hotel has been designed mainly for cyclists a perfect spot for them. Restaurant is set out like a canteen with mainly large tables for cycling groups although there are a few smaller tables for small groups and couples. At breakfast there is a large variety of food which was very good.Expect to see cyclists with their bikes using the lifts ,we used the stairs most of the time which are located outside. You will also pass cyclists with bikes in the corridors as a few keep them in their room. Outside pool area and bar are lovely and the hotel is very clean. Rooms are immaculately cleaned daily and you are given fresh towels and bottled water.Hairdryer in bathroom has only one setting which is very low so I recommend bringing your own.It is a 4 star hotel because of the facilities but not reflected in the accommodation.

    10BarriePosted on: 3-8-2025

Staff very efficient & friendly. Exceptional staff at reception on arrival at approximately 3pm on 6th March.

    The property was faultless.

    4JanPosted on: 2-20-2025

    Staff was very friendly

If you like staying in a noisy bike shed it is OKAY. Breakfast is OK but breakfast location is horrible, noisy like a school canteen.
