Beautiful Property! Great Breakfast! Fantastic Grounds.

Room was hot at times. Unfortunately could not control HAVC system in room. Complex had centralized control and had AC and Heat controls locked. Their recommendation was to open patio doorskind of odd for a 5 star hotel.

Space around the pools, breakfast variety and prompt service at all the bars

Gift shop was not open which disappointed me as I wanted to treat myself to something

Clean, great location.

While clean and well kept it is very dated - (early 2000's?) It is deffinatley a family hotel - so there a re lots of kids - which is great and they are having fn but not relaxing. The parking is imited - first come first served. The restaurant options are limited.

Pools outside were nice, but freezing. Indoor heated pool was great. Hotel was apparently 80% capacity but felt very empty and not fully open. No kids club etc. Perhaps it was still low season (Easter)

Housekeeping didn't replenish Tea, coffee milk etc so we had to keep asking at reception for both rooms.

The hotel lobby bar and pool area are lovely so it is quite disappointing when you get to your room from that. The rooms are very dated and tired. We couldn’t go onto the balcony or have the doors open as the rooms next door were smoking on their terrace and the smell was awful. It would have been nice to have been given the opportunity to have a none smoking area of the hotel.

Staff were five star as was the lobby and some other areas However I felt some parts were a little tired and my bed was extremely uncomfortable hard and lumpy not what you would expect from a five star hotel.TV services were not great either could only find BBC news and it kept freezing.

Breakfasts are great, but lunch in restaurant near pool was unpleasant- pure menu.

We had issue with no heat or air flow. We reported the issue twice but never was was resolved . We had a reservation for June but canceled due to the poor customer service

Excellent variety of food in the restaurants.The room was of a good size with a balcony overlooking the sea and the town. Very clean and staff very attentive. Excellent spa. Would recommend

Only half of Restaurants and pools open due to refurbishment. I wasn't made aware of when booking .Fresh cooked breakfast only warm and choice almost the same every day. Unfortunately my stay was for 12 days so limited variety. More suited to 3 or 4 days.

Rooms were excellent public facilities were all top notch ?

A little isolated and beach was a little bit scruffy but you don’t really need it with the gorgeous hotel gardens and terraces

Comfortable room, well appointed. Great sea view.Incredibly helpful staff.Gorgeous walk into town via the seafront and orchards avoiding the N332

Access on foot is quite risky - the hotel should consider making an access path into the car park from the far end to avoid pedestrians having to walk on the road

The young lady with fair hair ( sorry lost her name ) on reception desk went above and beyond to help us We had to check out early and she was so helpful Definitely a asset to any Buisness Running a hotel myself I would love a employee with her customer service

The food and buffet were great, the service staff 10! We enjoyed the Italian man who was quite attentive. The food was better than we expected.

There was no way to connect to Netflix or any other internet app on the television! This is the first time in our many many travels that this has happened. It made the “relaxing” part of the stay a little less relaxing. There was also strange stains and leaks in parts of the hall. But overall I would say that it was acceptable especiallly being off season. It’s a bit far off from Altea itself but if you have a car it’s not bad.

Breakfast and Spa were excellent as were the gardens

Dinner was buffet style and though very good for this style was not to our taste. Strangely lunch was by menu and full service we would have expected them to be the other way around

The hotel is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The facilities are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and professional.

Actually the hotel facilities are good but the quality of the room as furniture and bathroom are lower than expected in even three stars hotels. Restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is great, and the staff are very cooperative. Also, spa and GYM are good. But overall, the quality is lower than expected and didn't meet the value of money.

OK. Egg choice poor.

Bedrooms very dated with hard beds only bottled water first night, should be every night. No turn down service.
