The property was close to the beach, shops, and dining. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good! I was able to park at the hotel. Air conditioning was a plus during the heatwave.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice, large, clean rooms, and a great location. We had a beautiful balcony room overlooking the city with a sea view.

Good, but not amazing breakfast, wish there were some hot options besides boiled eggs. Wish they would do away with the little packets of soap and shampoo and have more eco-friendly options.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The lobby was very clean and the receptionist was super helpful. She helped us book a beach stay and suggested some wonderful restaurants.

The rooms were a bit small but comfortable.

The location is really good. It was near shops restaurants and the beach.

The breakfast was amazing and nicely varied. You could have as much as you like. The breakfast area was super dreamy and full of fresh morning light. The room was comfy with robes and a BATHTUB. Balcony. Amazing front desk staff. Close to all the Alassio hot spots and the train station. This is the hotel. Would 100% come back.

problem with air conditioning in the room! it was unbearable. when it got “fixed” the water started dripping then they shut it off and it didn’t work at all! the night audit was helpful to ‘fix’ it temporarily otherwise one couldn’t sleep in the room that felt like a Turkish steam bath!

I liked Alassio, the location of the hotel, the room with a balcony although small but comfortable, new sanitary equipment, air conditioning in the room, (a bit too noisy) at the bottom of the wall and not under the ceiling, and kind and helpful people working at the reception, Francecca was the best ever! She helped a lot and advised a lot even to choose a cafe for seafood dinner, to go to a guest shower on the departure day, to call a taxi. It's a pity there was no info in the hotel what interesting places to see and visit in Alassio.

I got absolutely shocked when a very rude man working at the Alassio beach which is related to my hotel didn' t let me rest on the beach at 6 p.m.after the arrival and I could hardly swim in the sea for a while because he said "the whole space they sell, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella cost €50 (despite I'm alone) and everything is booked for many days ahead! Don't come again"! I was desperate and even wanted to leave the hotel the same day. I asked for the opportunity to talk to the hotel owner but it turned to be managed by a group of people and I failed to find anyone who could help to solve the problem. Luckily I found another beach. But I chose the hotel due to its close location to its beach! B&B...breakfasts were very modest and absolutely the same every day. If bacon and scrambled eggs or anything ran out, nothing was added. No vegetables. Banana, kiwi or apple it's all fruit they offered. A glass was poured with juice into 2 cm, so I had a feeling that everything had to be begged for...even 2 sticks for teeth)).Every morning a cleaning lady woke me up by knocking at the door until I finally found a sign Do not disturb in the night stand drawer...

The staff are wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean and the location was good.

The breakfast was abundant but not that great. The soundproofing of the rooms needs to be improved.

The proximity to the beaches, pleasent rooms, fridge.

Positioning of the air condition in the room. At breakfast (served on the patio), when guests leave their tables, these tables are left uncleaned by the staff for a long time. So for following guest it's hard to find a cleand table as well as bees and pigeons are attracted.

The woman at the front desk was amazing. Room: clean, modern, large and confortable. Bathroom as well. Location: perfect!

Great staff, extremely comfortable and clean rooms. Everything extremely well-organised. Free parking. Ideal for families.

Beaches are private and not free

great location, spacious + clean room, friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast and in a lovely dining room + terrace. amazing to have bikes to rent out for free. hotel was very attentive to special requests. reception was very kind to hold our bags before we checked in and after we checked out. all in all, a lovely stay and to be done again!
