Beautiful revamped and simple property with, a perfect location. Smiley staff but one lady was almost always with a long faceOne negative point: The breakfast which was not always fresh: no fresh juice, the cakes seemed not fresh over the day, we ordered a scrambled egg and it never came, the coffee machine was not in a perfect running condition

The location is very easy to reach

My room was overviewing the sea and actually it was looking nice.. The problem is that underneath there was a restaurant so you will "enjoy" smell and noise all evening and night. The street light was exactly opposite the balcony and it was difficult to fall asleep. The noise from the street was also disturbing.,

The location was great, close to restaurants and beaches. Breakfast was available for my stay and there were quite a few varieties of selections. The room I had was on the top floor so I have a great view of the Mediterranean from my balcony. The room itself was not too big and had basic amenities, and the bathroom had skylights which was a nice feature. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sound insulation between rooms was not great. I could hear my neighbors talking about something energetically clearly from my room and when they were in their rooms.

Excellent location. Beautiful view. Welcoming staff. Rooms are clean, nothing special in terms of decor. Bed was very hard-some like it, we prefer a softer bed, but not a dealbreaker. I will overlook a lot to have the surf lull me to sleep at night. Right on main seaside pedestrian walk, easy to walk to from station. Cute town.

No common area.

The hotel is lovely, right in front of the sea and ideally located - at the beginning of the pedestrian area.We had a spacious room on the 1st floor, facing the sea and the view is magical. The street can be a little noisy but the sound of the waves takes over :-)Breakfast is good, more home made/ fresh products would be a great bonusThe staff was adorable

Excellent location, directly on the beach. Very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was excellent, including scrambled eggs (which we really appreciated as we were cycling and needed a hearty breakfast).

Nothing.But note that the hotel itself is in a pedestrian zone and a one way street. So, if you're driving, note that. Also note that many restaurants were closed for holiday when we were there (October). This is NOT noted in google, so it's best to walk around the town first to make sure places are open for you, rather than counting on a particular place to eat. There are several within a five minute walk, and we didn't need a reservation as it was midweek and not a busy time of year.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The top floor room with sea view was great. staff very friendly and great breakfast

The staff and manager were so helpful and super friendly. Our room balcony overlooking the promenade and sea was spectacular.

Really well situated , right to the beach and the street to the center. Amazing view and you can hear the waves from your room. Very good breakfast.

We spent only a couple of days in Alassio, and the location was perfect. The view from our bedroom was wonderful, hearing the sounds of the waves and close to everything you need! Restaurants, gelaterie, bars.. and they provided a very nice breakfast too! Clean and tidy bedroom, I really recommend it!

It is a beachfront property and all the staff seems to be happy serving you. The energy they are giving is so contagious.
