The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach and everything else!! The staff was so helpful with helping us navigate parking and answering questions for us. The hotel is dated but for me it’s part of the charm I enjoy. The AC was amazing too!! Loved the breakfast!

Bad communication style and lack of kindness from the male staff at the reception; female staff very kind indeed, though, no instructions for communicating with the reception on the room phone. Not working television set in the double room; not working fridge and hairdryer in the single room. Very noisy room position, early in the morning due to the garbage collection.

Free terrace on the roof with beautiful view where you can relax during the day on the sunbed and during the evening there's nice aperitivo. Breakfast was also nice. The location isn't exactly close to the train station (around 10 minutes walk) but the sea is very close

Breakfast was terrible! Fruit selection was poor.hotel looks run down- carpet on stairs worn and lobby smells. standard rooms very small - we had triple room for 2 and am very glad only 2 in it. Other twin rooms and single rooms were tiny.

Near the beach and shops bars and restaurants. Staff were helpful.

Very tired in need of modernisation. Terrible soundproofing. Had to pay extra for sauna and jacuzzi and parking although this wasn’t clear on booking.

Great location, just around the corner from the beach. The hotel had a rooftop bar with great views. There was free parking available along the beach promenade. Alassio was a very picturesque old village with plenty of bars and restaurants.

The hotel is very dated and in need of some renovations. The rooms had the bare minimum (no glasses/ cups or kettle) and we also thought the room and public areas were in need of a deep clean as overall it did not feel very well looked after or maintained.We only had breakfast included and it offered a very limited selection and most of what was on offer was constantly in need of refilling (such as water and scrambled eggs).

Qiuiet location with parking option. Good breakfast, continental rather than italian (cake and coffee).All very clean, and bed linen superb white. Very friendly personnel.We stayed there on the way to our vacation in France. We happily returned there on our way back home... and would do it again...

Disappointing

At check-in I was asked to write down a credit card number on a piece of paper as a guarantee against the damages we could have caused in the room. I told the lady this kind of conditions should be told BEFORE we book and pay the room, the only answer was ‘if you don’t want to write a credit card number you can leave 50 € cash, we’ll give them back to you after checking the room. I could not leave since the room was already paid!

Literally the worst hotel and service we had stayed

The room with the two beds was very basic and not very nice.

It is positioned in a side street and therefore very quiet.

Very poor sound insulation. In the morning we can hear the cleaning lady working in the other rooms - difficult to sleep after 8am because of that.Furnitures are a bit old Very small shower

The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and bars, although I guess in Alassio this is generally the case. They also have bikes to use which we didn't need but I thought that was a cute addition. The room was also not facing any major roads and the main strip by the beach in Alassio is car free which is so nice! The staff were helpful and we could leave our bags after check-out which meant we could spend our last hours on the beach.

we had water damage in the room, I literally had the wall crumbling onto my bed. Everything in the room and hotel is dated and tired. We tried the breakfast the first morning and didn't go back as it wasn't great and again, the room it was served in was just not worth visiting when you can have a coffee for 2 Euro anywhere else. I wouldn't go back to this Hotel if we visited Alassio again but overall the prices were better than elsewhere (we booked very short notice) and we only went there to sleep so it was ok. Mouldy bathrooms though so if you're a neat freak this is not for you.

The location is the best.Breakfast was great, fulfilling covid measures.Staff kind and friendly.Although the furniture at the room is a bit old fashioned, everything was clean, with locker and minibar available.The hotel offers discounts for some restaurants around. Thanks for that.There is private parking available (15€ per day).
