perfect location near the train station and close to the sea, beautifyl view on the sea, very good breakfast, great room and cleanlyness

once one of the personel during the breakfast didn't let us to take the seats where we would like and put us just close to the entering door, it seems he wanted control us for certain reasons.

Well situated and just 5 minutes away from their private beach. We had a side view onto the sea.

The food had fancy names but it was mostly rather mediocre. The scrambled eggs and bacon were mostly cold and uneatable for example. The staff could have been more friendly. The only exception was the head waiter who was more caring.

We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. It was also very quiet at night. Breakfast was also good. The location was great, overlooking the beach (A small pizza in front) and was close to all amenities bars and restaurants

The usual gripes with Italian beaches all being private and full of deck chairs. The hotel has its own beach, which was 25 euros per day for two people, including deckchairs and parasol. Also, the few drinks (water and soft drinks) in the fridge are not complementary, so check the price before drinking as there was no price list.

Excellent staff especially the man who welcomed us. Good room and right by the beach and restaurants.

No kettle in room. Hotel would be great if had a pool

Nothing, maybe a sea view next time

Location was perfect. The airconditioning. The bed. The breakfast.

Light in the bathroom was not working when we arrived. It took 24 hours before it was fixed.Bathroom was small and needed an upgrade.There were no hooks ind the room for clothes and beach towels, and the only way to charge your phone was to unplug the lamp by the bedside lamp.

Much fruit en service for coffee and tea

Luggage put near the hall. There should be a closed luggage room. Now anyone had access to it.

Good Breakfast and really well located!

As a 4 stars hotel and for the price of the room in my opinion there was old forniture, no elettricity plug near the bad, and broken door to the toilette. It could be ok in a cheap accomodation but not in a 4 stars hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice of food and drinks at breakfast. We were given a room with sea view and balcony at no extra cost. Location very close to the town centre and beach.

Deckchairs and sun umbrellas too close together at the beach.

The service was cordial.

The room was not clean and was never cleaned properly throughout the stay. Especially the bathroom.

There is a Mr ,Jasper at the reception ,on the arrive day he was very distant and not friendly at all.I was very negative surprised and worried that I picked the wrong hotel.The rest of the personal very,very friendly.The position of the hotel,water ,sand ,all is a dream!

Well maintained property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC in my room worked very well (I was in Alassio for a wedding; many of the wedding guests complained about poor AC in other hotels and B&Bs).

I found the price for a beach chair to be very high at €30 a day but it’s tourist high season.

Great central location just yards from the front and close to bars and restaurants. Excellent service, particularly the reception staff who were welcoming and helpful. Good choice on the breakfast buffet plus freshly cooked if requested.
