great room, nice restaurant, good breakfast.

It was a clean and comfortable. Not outdated. Staff was accommodating.

One of the issues was the sewer smell inside the building and especially in my room. There’s no public transportation nearby. You depend 100% on Uber. In the restaurant in the hot food area there were many flies on the food. That deterred me from buying hot food.

there was a generator from 7-22 on next to the hotel. There was a doorway for connecting the 2 rooms but that was very noisy, I could hear everything that happened in the other room. As I woke up at 7 due to the generator, I left early instead of the 12;00 checkput.

Very thoughtful and reassuring.A public restauraunt is adjacent, directly accessed from reception. It is modern, clean and comprehensive, serves hot mesls, sandwiches etc. and is open 24hrs. Also there is a gift shop for snacks drinks etc.The breakfast was good...eggs, bacon, toast, fruit or yoghurt, bread, orange juice and a hot drink.A large room wih adequate floor dpace to comfortably accomodate our dogs bed2 x Tesla superchargers, 2 x other EV chargers with ccs & Chademo connectors

Despite being dog friendly dogs are not permitted in the restauraunt. There was no provision made for this eventuality so we had to sit in the reception to eat.Soundproofing inadequate as i was awoken very early morning by the alarm in the adjacent room. Also sleep was disturbed by traffic noise from the adjacent motorway.Bed is very firm, awoke with back ache.

Good location .Secure parking. Excellent staff.

Pillow was too hard

Very nice personnel, especially in the cafeteria. We misunderstood us concerning the price of the breakfast for hotel guests. the guy in the cafeteria was so nice and made a wonderful breakfast for us.

This hotel was a most pleasant surprise in a long time. Since it is located on the freeway and is quite cheap, I didn't have much expectations. But, it is actually very good. Rooms are very comfortable, very clean and have everything needed for a short stay. I had a room which was looking at the freeway, but with the windows closed it was very quiet. The food in the restaurant is very good, and they have a fully fenced and locked parking.

FOR A HANDICAPPED ROOM THE TOILET WAS TOO LOW

- Great location if you need a break from a long drive - Burger in the restaurant was great

- no duvets, just a sheet with some blanket. I know you could switch on the heating but duvet is something I would much prefer - quite a noise when someone closes the door to their room

Location was fantastic. Even though the hotel was next to a busy 2 lane motorway, it was silent in our very comfortable room. We travelled with 2 large dogs , who were very settled in the room with us and were also warmly welcomed by the staff and visitors alike. Excellent facilities for eating. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to southern Spain and require a refreshing stop-over. Great value for money was also a bonus.

It is on the motorway we where tracing and is easy to find normally but with the storm in val took us a bit longer to get there

Over the terrible Valencia storm days. Please thank the staff over this most difficult time. We were so thankful to be in a safe place.

Under such tough and difficult conditions how could we find fault with our conditions. I hope the staff have not suffered any losses themselves. We wish them the very best, Thank you

Spacious room with excellent double glazing, no road noise despite proximity to the motorway.Comfortable bed.

Tea/coffee making facilities would have made it perfect !

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Large walk in shower. Excellent sized room with 2 chairs for a change. Good soundproofing couldn't hear the motorway at all. Well decorated very clean

Some of the food didn't look too appealing but plenty of choice, some was very good so we didn't starve
