The room was rather small but adequate

The hotel is well located, with parking on site (though we had to use the overfill). Rooms were clean and comfortable. And the garden had plenty of sun loungers.

I have two main gripes: The first thing is that through this hotel we were almost scammed out of a lot of money due to a cyber attack through booking.com and now through Whatsapp. It seems like the hotel's account has been hacked and we received messages asking for card details and pressuring us through Whatsapp to handover bank details. The receptionist said plainly that it was not the hotel's responsibility. Even if it isn't, a bit more empathy would be appreciated given it appeared to come from this establishment. Second, the very first image on booking states that it's adults only, over 16s. This is why we chose this place. When we arrived the indoor pool was full of children. I have no problem with children but not when a place specifically states adults only. This felt misleading.

I really liked the excellent breakfast with a lot of choice for all tastes.It was great that I could store my bike in the storage room, which gave me peace of mind during my short stay in Abano.Lovely staff both at the reception and breakfast room.It was great to enjoy a warm bath at the thermal pool.

The property has spa facilities - swimming pool sauna Jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice compared to other hotels in Italy.

Hotel Terme Patria needs refurbishing. The curtains in the bathroom need to be washed or taken down. Parking is limited for the amount of guests; even the fact that is offered spaces elsewhere. If you don’t speak Italian or German receptionists seems to be very abrupt -Except the manager.

Excellent clean facilities. Staff very accommodating & polite. Super comfy bed & excellent breakfast.

Nice breakfast, free parking, and free spa entry. The staff is friendly.

The rooms are old and damp. The AC in the room wasn't cooling so I didn't get much sleep.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly at all times. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and was very clean. The breakfast room was well set up and a good selection was offered and enjoyed. There was a robe, towel and slippers provided for use at the pool. The pool facilities were pretty standard and well maintained.

The hotel looks dated but a lot of hotels in the area are in a similar state. There seems to be an effort made to renovate the rooms and so this is a step in the right direction.

I was little deluded about the breakfast, but it was quiete good.

I liked in general the hotel a lot. Very beautiful from the outside and from the inside as well. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice big room, large comfy bed, spacious balcony with a small table and 2 chair, great AC, easy parking. Pools not too big but adequate. Warm water. Plenty of sunbeds and little tables. Friendly staff all around.

Bathroom kinda dated and the hairdryer was tiresome because you need to keep pressing the button hard to make it work.

Unfortunatly the first day of the trip was disappointing. The room was very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom, dust on furniture, spots on the chair covers. They wanted to replace the room with the same kind, but at the end they found a cleaner room one floor below.Very strange smell in the whole hotel. The lift is old and the whole hotel has got too old and is mentally old. There is a bar with beautiful view in the garden but the barman needs to be waited for about 20 minutes. Dinner which consisted of four dishes was completely untasty and unenjoyable. At the end we chose fresh fruit for the dessert. They brought an apple even with the sticker on it (like from the shelf of the shop) and a kiwi together with a knife and a fork. We felt disrespected. We paid 29eur for a person for the dinner. Staff in the restaurant almost didn't know any English.For all these inconviences they gave a discount for the dinner of 9eur for a person.To sum up, the trip was cancelled in Italy and we continued our trip to Slovenia. It is a pitty that it is possible to upload only 5 pictures on booking. com, we could upload much more.

good breakfast and dinner. easy access to terme pool and garden. Staff very helpful with cycling issues - helped with puncture and provided cycle local route map. Bus stop for Padua just outside property

The location was ok. It had a spa. The massage therapist (2) were nice. It had free parking. The pools were ok.

We first entered our room and it was like a furnace. We called to ask if they could turn it down, their reply was we had to leave it on full blast or off completely. We left it on with our window open the entire time.I had to ask them to sweep the stairs due to litter. The elevator was old and tiny. There was a “bandage/plaster” in one of the pools for the entire time I was there-6 days. I finally took it out and it stayed there until I left. I ate first night in restaurant. It tasted like cafeteria food. I got massages daily but was not very pleased. They were nice but did not feel well after leaving.

We have been going to this hotel since 2018 and we felt very comfortable. It is a quiet and chic hotel, with very kind staff. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness in the rooms. we will return with pleasure every year. I would suggest the inclusion of a salt room in the spa area

The outdoor pool area needs some very minor renovations (e.g. the pool lights at night no longer work, and the paving should be redone in some places). It doesn't bother, but over time it might degrade more.

The thermal pool is wonderful if you are on the way of the long trip, to stop in this hotel and relax is perfect.

Quite old everything, hotel requires renovation.
