Nice, relaxing swimming pool. Clean.

Not many options for breakfast and poor quality. Uncomfortable mattress. Closing time for the swimming pool 7pm.

The food was tasty

The swimming pool was very small and at times it was crowded and therefore it was not pleasant. The water seemed dirty, it had a brown color at the edges of the pool.We had two rooms, one was renovated with a small terrace but the other one was quite old and the shower was running really slow.

1.Room space is big2.shower and airco are good

1.Breakfast is too simple, very limited options, if can improve the variety of choices and wuth more breads and more warm food , and we can make selves hotwater , with tea, no need to depends on limited staff and wait for tge service will be much better2. Need to pat extra 3 euro for fridge in the room setup, otherwise room standard is no fridge.

Excellent reception staff, service, procedures, restaurant - all professional and friendly. Clean, comfortable. Excellent location of the hotel.

Looks Like hotel is for seniors,Everybody were 70+Chef of the hotel restaurant was rude,belittles the guests with his behaviour,thinks that guests Are there becoase of him and forget that he is there for the hotel guests.Just a pretender.Other waiters Are great.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner - the whole all inclusive package is excellent. A large selection of food, drinks. The staff is very, very friendly and accommodating, they work with a smile. There are also free bikes available to ride which is great because the town is flat and a joy to ride around. The pool is excellent, both indoor and outdoor, sunbeds and umbrellas are free, everything is very clean and tidy.The rooms are air-conditioned, big enough, tidy, the bathroom too... The position of the hotel could not be better, right in the center. You don't need to use the car at all. Free parking is available in the facility, and there is enough of it for all guests. My 11-year-old daughter is delighted with the hotel and the people, that says everything about this place.

I booked full pension for the 7 days I stayed and this was excellent value for money. The 3 course meals (both at lunch and dinner)were all great, varied over the week, and the staff went out of their way to address my food intolerances (no gluten, lactose, nuts). Almost all waiters and receptionists spoke fluent German. The hotel provides free bicycles which was handy (even though they are not great for taller people, but for short distances it was ok).

All was great! A small fridge in the room would be fabulous but with full board and a great bar I didn't miss it much.

A 3* Hotel with a really good value for Money, especially if you choose to have all the Meals in the Hotel. We had a little problem in our room, which was fixed in 2 Hours ( ! ) that´s how good the staff works. The Waiters in the Dining room are superb trained, even small wishes like extra Deserts were very well sorted out.Of course, this is a 30+ year old house with little nicks here and there, but, PLEASE, don´t expect a 5* Hotel when u book a 3* one.

I was very dissapointed that the napkins in the dining room hadn´t been changed between Lunch and Dinner

Staff was very nice, location comfortable to reach, close to the center of the town. Dinner and lunch were amazing

We liked absolutely everything- clean, comfortable, location. Very professional and polite staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Next time we’ll come only to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Everything. The location and size of the room. The balcony had sunshine all day. The spacious corridors. Full board was excellent. Pool and the relaxed atmosphere. Third time here. The staff were good with our disabled son. Piano. Wifi was good. Thank-you.

Bring back the salad bar soon. (we presume Covid put a stop to this but there was a buffet breakfast)

Fantastic staff, great food, pool small but more than acceptable. Great value for the money. We loved our stay.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. Lovely room with a sunny balcony. Food was excellent. The pool was wonderful. Thank-you for letting our son with Asperger's syndrome play the piano, which he really loved. The staff were very supportive and it is great that the hotel benefits from being family run.

We missed the salad bar from previous visits but appreciate that Covid guidelines need to be followed.

Hotel is very nice. Room was clean and spacious, there was also a balcony. Food was really tasty and there was plenty of food choices. Spa and the pool were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. All areas are remarkably clean and comfy. Spa is great and the food is delicious!I would like to thank all hotel stuff, you guys are doing really great job! And special thanks to Riccardo who was very helpful and kind to me and made my stay very pleasant! I will surely come back and reccomend the place to my friends and relatives

The location is excellent and there is a bounty of wise and elderly guests to chat with.

The pool facilities sanitation-I am not sure how often the water is changed. The two pieces of equipment (also known as the the gym) on the poolside.

Service, food, swimming pool were excellent

The hotel impressed me with the following:- Hotel’s Cleanliness - The service in the restaurant for Lunch & Dinner - The service at the pool- The water in the pool was clean and warm- In some days may be special menu for Dinner - Some hotel’s staff are nice and friendly, another ones could be very cold and not really interested in doing their job.

- The staff haven’t explained the way of receiving or ordering the breakfast, also the available meals for breakfast - The breakfast is poor in choices - The pool is too small for approximate 60 people - No music at the pool and in any area of the hotel- it’s very quite - The menu it’s very hard to understand (available only in Italian language with names of the meal, no description or ingredients on the menu) - Every evening you should choose on the menu what you will eat for the next day

Food, especially the pastas at lunch and dinner. Fresh pastries at breakfast. Pool is good too.

Bit of a language issue with the staff. English is definitely not the favoured language, but the staff still tried their best.
