I stayed at the same property 21 years ago. It is meticulously maintained. It’s timeless. The owners take great pride in the appearance.

The staff at the restaurant was in general friendly and ready to help, the food at the restaurant was good enough although nothing amazing.The staff at the reception was mostly friendly, they allowed us to checkout at 12.30pm.A lot of thermal pools, including one internal.

Everything else, starting from RUST coming out from the sink and MOLD in the shower.Also, if you take an Elegance Colli Euganei don't espect to sleep before 11.30pm / midnight if they have the piano bar going outside, the noise in the room is like being out there in front of the piano bar.Both the rooms we had (Elegance Colli Euganei and Elegance Pool) had very little to no soundproofing, I was able to hear live whoever was flushing the toilet or taking a shower.The rooms had several defects, but the absolutely most annoying problem was that one of the two had a shower and that the entrance instead of being frontal was on a side, next to the bidet, with barely space to pass.The thermal pools were SUPER busy, it was really challenging to find a free sunbed.

A very nice grand hotel. The pools and spa area are amazing, and if this is what you plan to do for your stay, it's a perfect location/match. The town is fairly quiet and not really a 'destination', so this is a great place to relax and sit by the pools(s) and enjoy the spa activities. A good place to recharge.

While the room was large, clean, and we had a very nice balcony, the room is in need of a refresh as it is very dated...

My recent stay with Grand Hotel Trieste & Victoria was exceptional. Each treatment room was impeccably clean and designed to enhance the feeling of serenity.One of the resort's unique features is its access to mineral water, which played a significant role in my wellness journey. The mineral baths were a blissful experience, allowing me to soak in the therapeutic benefits of the naturally occurring minerals.

The dining experience was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring delicious and health-conscious options that complemented the wellness theme of the hotel. Each meal was a culinary delight, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.The staff deserve special mention for their exceptional service. Every member of the team was friendly and professional.

Bed was a bit too hard for me

Enjoyed our stay with friends and loved the pool areas for tanning and visiting. The staff is most helpful at the property and the breakfast is good too.

Great historic hotel and beautiful pool area, a lot of space. Clean. Professional and polite staff. Free access to different sauna. Nice green area. Calm and quiet.

I don't like to spend my time on sitting and waiting to order very regular breakfast food. And! After waiting for this order. I came to this hotel not to sit and wait in the morning, in the restaurant.It is redicules to ask ... no .. begging the hotels staff to give you a slice of ham or proshutto. Not much food and a limited choice.

may 23 from 9:30 to 10:00 My sister and went dovn for breakfast She forgot her bag in the room and in the bag there was a diamond ring worth 6000 euros . when did my sister get her room back checked bag and there was no diamond ring.At this time ,the maid was cleaning the next room .We contacted her and the hotel administration told what happened but they pretended that they didn't know anuthing and they supported each other they said that this couldn't happen to us. They took advantage of our mistake and they stole it. This is the most expensive number in my life.Unfortunately , i couldn;t prove it.

I stayed in a suite that was spacious and well-designed.The hotel manager was cordial and showed me around.Freshly renovated.Impeccable cleanliness everywhere.Daily grill menu.Shiatsu massage 10/10Super rich breakfast.I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Hotel was in Piazza. Was able to walk to everywhere great shops and restaurants in area. Walking distance to main attractions.

It is an exceptionally beautiful hotel with exquisite service. The pools and gardens are breathtaking and the food was always delicious and varied during my full board stay. All of the staff were delightful and gracious and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

My room itself was rather dated in its decor but the view from the balcony was lovely and the bathroom was very nice.

this property is a modernised belle epoque “Grand” hotel right in the middle of Abano Terme but because it is in the pedestrian zone it is very quiet. aWe stayed in a junior suite which is really a very large room with comfortable bed , armchairs etc and a good bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle . We had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with good cooked options and the usual buffet . There is outdoor space for breakfast which is pleasant too. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service . There is a half board option available which we had not taken but it does seem possible to est there each evening without being bored .We also used the spa for mud and massage treatments and these were really excellent too. All the hotel pools are filled with thermal spa water and they are set in plesanalty manicured grounds. We were there for a long weekend and didn’t feel much need to leave the hotel but when we did we were very conveniently located for the town centre .Shops there are surprisingly nice for a small town. All in all we would recommend this hotel and town.

Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite.Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions.Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard.Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent.Generally, I will return next year!!!

The property is very beautiful, clean, full of art. Some parts in the bedrooms are old and should be replaced.

The bathrooms have old and tiny showers, opening the shower door was not easy which is a clear sign that a replacement is needed.The Management has an attitude that does not fit the common hospitality principles: imagine that they allowed a table to be set-up by the heated pool right by relaxing area, so they prevented the scheduled aqua-gym class to happen and they allowed the guests to be loud in in the so called 5 Senses wellness area just because they were ordering wine bottles like water. Many guests were upset especially who was happy to join the aqua fitness class and was looking forward to some quiet time.Additionally, after an inconvenience happened with the shower the Director did not even apologize about that. Last but not least a breakfast pastry was served as a dinner dessert camouflaged with powdered sugar and presented as Italian Custard and Puff Pastry cake. How inappropriate! The management did a poor job to meet the expectations of a 5-star property.
