    Pros +

    • The location
    • Beautiful room, I was fortunate to get an upgrade and stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It was stunning. Bed ultra comfortable, huge bathroom, and a terrace.
    • They have a very well organised restaurant. Good food, many choices, good service for many guests.

    Cons -

    • We got sick with breakfast They ask you to wear head covers in the poolI ask them to make a over hard egg for my 3 year old and they told me its impossible .
    • The only complaint was having to get out of car in order to ring buzzer to open barrier for parking. Also, (this is minor) the juices at the breakfast tasted very artificial. I would suggest fresh fruit juice instead.

Rooms big enaugh to enjoy space. Big comfortable beeds, I enjoy the sleep. Balcony is a plus. Big bathroom lot of space. SPA area modern, sauna was Perfect to use and enjoy outsider hot termal pool. Breakfast was food but there should be more hot dishes to choose from. Very nice staf and hotel was clean and modern.

Old style rooms cold be refreshed.

it is really nice equipped, silent

The place is clean, warm and peaceful. The rooms are a bit outdated but completely functional. Breakfast is good.

Towels and bath robes are worned out, they could easily invest in that. Also, it would be nice if they had bath robes for kids.

This spa hotel in Abano Terme is a good option for a relaxing stay. The indoor and outdoor pools are the highlight, with a connection between the two that is important during cold season. The restaurant is also charming. While not as fancy as others in the area, it serves excellent desserts, a decent breakfast, and mostly tasty dinners. The traditional Italian dishes like macaroni and spaghetti are particularly well done. The staff is very friendly and helpful and ready to provide anything you might ask for. In the hotel, they speak many languages including german and russian.

Like many hotels in Abano Terme, this one feels dated. Small details, like old power sockets that don’t fit modern plugs, outdated room layouts, and the blankets, stand out. The blanket situation is especially unpleasant - they don’t use duvet covers. Instead, they sandwich the blanket between two sheets, which means you might end up touching the same blanket used by hundreds of other guests. This is neither hygienic nor comfortable, especially if you’re sharing intimate moments with your partner. The spa facilities beyond the pool are also underwhelming. The sauna is unimpressive, the hot aroma shower lacks aroma (or heat), and the hot cave has a suspicious smell that detracts from the experience.

The pools are amazing, especially the fact that they're open till late! And breakfast is really nice :)

The "Comfort double room" is spacious but really outdated: the furniture is pretty old, the space lacks power outlets for charging gadgets, the bathroom needs more light and maybe a fresher hairdryer.

Breakfast, dinner, water massage, salt room, outside area

No pool with cooler water for swimming, no respons from mng on the questions about the room, room left unlocked after cleaning

High standards room, facilities, spa and pools. All was good. Also the pedestrian area near the hotel very relaxing.

Wonderful warm pools and lovely staff

Love too a little far from the station and bus down the road very unpredictable!

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Terme Venezia. The highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent and offered a great start and end to the day. The hotel also allows guests to enjoy the pool until 11:00 PM, which is perfect for a relaxing evening swim. Overall, it’s a great choice for those who value good dining and extended pool hours.

    9AmandaPosted on: 8-31-2024

The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The thermal pool was lovely and there were lots of spa facilities available. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The hotel is situated in a great location with plenty of bars shops and restaurants and close to Padova, Venice and Verona.

The evening meals could only be bought as a package for the whole stay.

Single room was excellent size with balcony, bed very comfortable. Buffet was amazing, lots of options. 2 x swimming pools were gorgeous and beautiful temperature Short walk to lots of shops

    Nothing, it was great!

Great swimming pool, bar on site at the swimming pool. Use of saunas & pool included in the stay. Large Buffett breakfast. Room had AC.

Our room smelled a bit stale. Also, despite being there for 4 nights, when we tried to book massages early in our stay, there were no time slots available at all, everything was booked up. They also only give you 1 pool towel for your entire stay, and charge you €5 if you need to replace it. So you have to use the same dirty wet towel the whole stay if you don’t want to pay each time. Our only other warning is not to get your laundry done here. We had 1 bag of dirty clothes between 2 people, and when we got the bill it was €142 which is absolutely crazy for laundry. Each item was costly. It’s my own fault for not asking how it would be charged beforehand, but I truly never would have expected anything close to that amount.

Pool and Spa facilities were wonderful and pool and salt room was open late until 11 pm but the spa sauna/steam and cold area was closed at 7 pm; The breakfast looked good but there wasn't much for gluten free individuals and you had to ask them for a gluten free croissant and piece of bread. The facility was quite nice and very clean.

    If you are English speaking without any Italian it was very difficult to understand all the procedures and communicate with staff, particularly when receiving treatments the practitioners could not communicate other than English or Russian so it was very difficult to ask for what I needed or even communicate essential things when receiving treatments that made if challenging and difficult to have proper treatments. The sesame oil they used for Shirodhara (Ayurvedic treatment) was rancid and instead of being applied over the forehead/third eye area was put on my hair; I tried to communicate with the practitioner but was not understood that the sesame oil was not warm or put in the correct place and that it smelled and felt rancid; after I could not wash the sesame out of my hair for 3 days even after more than 7 washes. Thankfully they did not charge me for this service as it was not to par with proper Ayurvedic treatment. My first mud wrap was excellent but the 2nd was sloppily done and did not cover the areas of the body that were most in pain; I was left alone and when the practitioner came in would firmly wipe my face putting my hair in my nose and eyes; I could not communicate with her to move my hair when my arms were buried under mud; So again a challenged communication during a treatment; The front desk staff also spoke little English so did not inform me of the procedures of breakfast or how to get around; The breakfast was very confusing as there was no one at the entrance; I did not know where I could sit as tables randomly had bottles of water, olive oil and some numbers with colours - I sat down at a table and brought some food and used the water bottle on the table and one of the kitchen staff started yelling/screaming in Italian. I had no idea what I had done and no one told me the procedures of how to find a table or what was allowed. She made a big scene and shamed me, and I still was confused. Apparently some tables are reserved;

    Clean, friendly staff, good entertainment

    Food was terrible

    8JebPosted on: 5-31-2024

We liked the pools and being able to order drinks and enjoy them by the pool. We also enjoyed having the indoor pool while it rained Saturday morning.

We thought the food in the restaurant was good but not very good. We also didn’t like being switched tables after the first night.
