    • The hotel has a great location , nice breakfast and the staff was helpful at all times.I requested a room change ,and they did their best to arrange that for us the next day.We will certainly be back sometimes.
    • I booked this for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond in looking after them. Lots of little details like their name on the TV as a welcome and rose petals on the bed for them. Spacious rooms, lots of loungers by the pool, enjoyable breakfast. As my parents went off season, they were able to check out at 12 as no one else was booked into their room. Location was fantastic, right in the centre, car and bike parking available, lots of lunch and restaurants all within walking distance. The bus stop is a three minute walk away. Staff were lovely, very accommodating and tried very hard to speak English with us, they were also very patient with my broken Italian.
    • Hotel with everything you need to relax: sauna, steam room, swimming pools, additional services such as mud baths and aesthetics, from breakfast included to full board. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the one in the dining area. Spacious rooms with balconies and private parking lots.

    Cons -

    • Unfortunately, only one pool was in operation, as the rooftop one was being renovated! It sometimes was too busy ,and no lounge chairs available at times.Hopefully next time we will enjoy both pools.
    • Nothing major at all. The mattress is very firm, but at least you can stretch out in the water.
    • Jacuzzi for a fee, dated room decor, and unpleasant smells (especially curtains and wallpaper)

A nice old hotel with indoor and outdoor pools and very warm water in them. They offer a free parking in the parking lot behind the hotel so we didn't need to bother trying to find it around.

    Bed sounded very old.

It is a wonderful and cosy hotel with all the necessary facilities. First of all, the rooms are very clean. There are also good air conditioning and wi-fi.Secondly, the swimming pools, sauna and spa add an incredible feeling of relaxation. Btw, there's also a gym - which is good because I didn't have to miss my training. We had only breakfast and they were full - 3 types of eggs, 4-5 types of ham (or bacon), cheeses, different types of breads, fruits, vegetables, and variations of desserts. I would also add that the coffee was good.I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The brochure with information was in Russian. But I am Ukrainian. I would prefer it at least in English.

The pool was very nice, but the requirement to have to wear a bathing cap seemed ridiculous and was the first time I ever encountered in any thermal spa since the 1970ties. Have visited the public Meran thermal bath days before and no one needed a bathing cap!

The Breakfast was uninspiring. There was a lot of food offered but everything was pretty tasteless and low quality. There was a lot of waiting staff but they were generally inefficient and seemed put out to have to be there!

I liked the spa treatments available and the front desk was helpful when I asked questions. The room was really nice and spacious. The massage I got was great.

The free saunas smelled uncleanly and the free breakfast was full carbs with low quality foods and the only vegetables available were cucumbers and tomatoes that were too old.

Location is very central and literally in the middle of the town. The hotel has 2 pools (ground floor - called 1st floor and 4th floor - panoramic) which are very warm and cosy and maintained very well and open until 23. The room was ok, we had a balcony, but it was raining (which didn't bother us enough not to swim outside :) ). SPA area is clean but they have only 3 sauna rooms (closing at 20) and they are relatively small for a hotel that big. Also the parking lot is not really big, but you can leave the car in the way and let the reception have your car key so they can move it if needed. You get two shower caps, many towels and even two bathrobes - all included in price. No slippers, however. We would recommend it if you're ready to part ways with some money ;)

Crowded parking lot. Only 3 and small sauna rooms. A few small screws around the hotel (also in the room) that are missing (mainly from the lamps). In the relax area some fruits could be a good idea and there were times when there was no tea for long periods.

The staff, the restaurant, the food was amazing, complements to the chef, the staff is so great, so helpful, wonderful!!!!

The resort needs a MAJOR update, it is very old, the spa facilities are newer but still dated,, the pools are oldish, the rooms are large but OLD. Overall, we loved the town, the location is amazing, the staff is great but the resort MUST be redone.

Breakfast doesn't good enough. Every day the same. There are almost no vegetable salads or dairy dishes. But you can eat your fill. There are a lot of different baked goods.

    9GiuseppePosted on: 8-25-2024

A good breakfast with choice. The staff were friendly and helpful with facilities being excellent with choice of pool areas plus use of a spa/sauna included. Hotel in great location with cafe's and shopping all in walking distance.

Coffee a bit of a let down at breakfast and 10.30am check out.

    8BoldrayPosted on: 8-6-2024

The room was comfortable and clean, there was a good buffet breakfast, two nice pools and sauna facilities, easy parking and central location. Very good value for money.

The staff were a bit aloof and should be more visible in the sauna area. The gym was not air conditioned so practically unusable. I would have liked more vegan options for breakfast. The evening meal was a fixed price of €35, more flexibility would have been good. Air conditioning in the room was efficient but noisy.

It was written that the hotel has a pool, but the pool that they told us you could use was in another place that did not belong to the hotel and was public and crowded. We didn't like the hotel at all, For breakfast was so poor , the coffee machine was bad, bread was always out and there was no variety at all.

The false information was written and they didn't honestly say that Hanel doesn't have a pool because it was one of my filters, otherwise I would never have chosen there. The room was very hot. The toilet was next to the bed with a glass door, it was not easy to go to the toilet or take a shower. It was really difficult for five people to stay in your room.

    1DarrellPosted on: 7-9-2024

    The location only

No work on the outside of the room at 7.30am. The shower cubicles in the room was dated. The patio door did not lock and so left our room open to workmen on the scaffold is they wanted to enter the room they could. The breakfast was poor quality and poor choice and the swimming pool needing cleaning

    3MartinPosted on: 7-8-2024

    Location was central

The hotel had workmen from early in morning waking us up, this wasn't mentioned when we arrived. Our room overlooked the carpark and some industrial buildings. The hotel next door had a party till 1:30 am keeping us up till then. The beds weren't that comfy, too lumpy. The bathrooms were dated, a small shower cubicle. Definitely not a 4 Star hotel. If you value your sleep, don't book here.

    10MarharytaPosted on: 6-26-2024

Everything was great. The hotel itself, the staff, the healthcare and the town it was located in. Public transportation to the neighboring cities was also very convenient, if you would like to change the scenery for a day. But generally, you even don't have to leave your hotel to have all you need for rest and leisure.

Everything was good about our stay.

    4Enricoferrarin1992Posted on: 6-22-2024

    Excellent breakfast, very large room.

Nobody helped us to bring the luggages up to the room. The room there was no toothpaste and disposable toothbrush, the slippers were paid for... In a 4 star hotel with spa it is really ridiculous. The staff was very friendly at the beginning, but on the last day before leaving there was no smile or goodbye at the exit. the SPA always closes half an hour before the indicated time.

    6RudyPosted on: 6-20-2024

Disappointing at first, but then you get used to a new surrounding and staff was helpful.

Construction just outside the room they wanted to give us. Surroundings not as nice as pictures let you believe.
