Abano Ritz Hotel Terme

Everything is fine. We (me and my wife) used this hotel 8 times. We like it.

Location. Facility. Treatment.

Park-like setting surrounding the outside pool. Very spacious room with separate sitting area.

It happened to be quite warm when we were there in August 2025. We were on the sunny side of the building and the air conditioner was not able to cool the room as much as we would have liked.

It is a nice journey back in time, amazing how they can keep it so clean and operational.

Water leaking at toilet bowl, poor breakfast and payable extras.

The decor and the food

The thermal swimming pools are beautiful but need a little maintenance

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel has a charming, old-school interior with an interesting design, especially in the hall, which is accompanied by lovely music. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was okay, offering enough to start the day. Overall, the hotel has a warm, nostalgic vibe, which some may find quite appealing.

The facilities were disappointing for a five-star hotel. The pools—both indoor and outdoor—are not connected and appear basic, outdated, and not well-maintained, with noticeable dirt in the water. The three saunas were extremely small, very old, and far from the standards one would expect. Compared to other hotels in the area, even with fewer stars, the overall wellness facilities felt lacking and neglected. Additionally, communication was strange—there were no messages or updates via Booking.com, which is fine but felt odd.

Beautiful, clean, easy to find things

Really we liked everything. The hotel is heated with geothermal heat and our room was a little too warm when we checked in. A bell boy brought our bags up and showed up how to turn off the heat. We did and then opened the windows and the temperature was just fine in the evening. But that is being picky; we had a wonderful stay.

Rooms need a slight refurbishment

I loved the vintage luxury vibe. The lobby, bar, dining area, and grounds were beautiful. The outdoor pool was stunning.

The bathroom in my room could use a little work. It was hard to keep the tiny shower from leaking all over the floor.

Breakfast was ok

They should go on offers. Complete waste.The staff in the reception rude and at the bar. Old old very old hotel. Very bad.Shower area was tiny.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Very good customer service. The pools are lovely, big enough for more people and clean.

Breakfast was quite uniform with no choice for people with certain dietary restrictions eg. gluten free. There were no labels on the foods, what they were, whether it was chicken, pork, or whether the cheese was cow or goat. This has been a problem for me as I have not been able to follow the prescriptions given to me in terms of food.

Pool were great, room also clean, saunas near the pool was good. Food great!

This hotel is old and has a style . It has nice swimming pool and thermal facilities. The garden is an asset

Too outdated. It doesnt look like a 5 star . It used to be 5 but now at most 3*It is too old that sometimes you feel you are in a time capsul.Besides the allocation of breakfast tables seemed weird. The guy who makes the allocation was over theatral and didnt seem sympathetic. The hall was so crowded with the tables which are empty that you never feel relaxed The hotel should transform immediately. I am also sending my frustration to Lonely Planet which advised that hoyel unanimously. İ would rather choose a cheaper price value harmonized hotel. I also want to tell the massage making guys are disturbing customers too much. The man who is at thermal pool desk also not so repectful one displaying some sort of indifference . he must be warned

Nice, cosy hotel with great in and outdoor pool. Lots of choice for breakfast and great bar for an evening drink. Easy to get to Venice from here.

Bar can work better on the swimming pool

Nothing really. We had to leave in the middle of our stay.

The quality of the treatments, the food was very average, quality of the rooms. Everything was very disappointing.

The pools, the amazing treatment, the food and Michele the concierge was amazing! He helped me with everything as much as he could. Thank you again from another concierge! ?

Wi-fi was not the best in the rooms

The cheaper single rooms have a very old moldy tiny shower with old plumbing. The water pressure in our rooms was low.Sometimes during our meals (half board) we seemed to be invisible to the waiters
