Very friendly staff. Every one of them. Nothing was a hassle. I was on a B&B package, and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything I wanted, and more. The room was gorgeous, and everything was spotless.

Staff was good, parked right out front, beautiful and relaxing pools. Location within walking distance of pedestrian zones.

Wonderful! Everything about our stay was spectacular. The staff was very helpful as well, we also actually left a personal belonging of value and they stored it and communicated with us regarding our preference in retrieving the item.

Hotel is situated close to restaurants and shops.It is a short walk into the centre where there are many more facilities and hotels.The rooms are not opulent but are attractive and comfortable.The strength of this hotel are the staff who are friendly and welcoming.The chambermaids are excellent.Breakfast is good and there are generous seating areas downstairs.

The super delicious breakfast, the spacious parking space, the pool is superb with warm water and the very kind and helpful staff.

We stay in the classic double room for two persons but it was small.

Not our first visit, granted 15 years apart. Great location, great service, very helpful staff large rooms by Europe standard.

Intermittently on can get a smell of the treatment rooms in the lobby, but it is not that much of an issue after all. .

Maybe the only 5* Hotel in the area… The staff was very polite, professional and they know how to treat guests as a “ President”…. We stayed at the Panorama rooms… Was recently renovated, clean, luxurious and well equipped!

If you don’t have included Lunch or Dinner in your reservation, don’t count on the room service after 21:00. Maximum you will have a “cold plate” and drinks. Of course you can have delivery or take a way from any of the great local restaurants.

We booked this hotel after there was a mix up with our stay in Padova. We didn't plan it and it was an unexpected surprise. After a long day in Venetia we needed somewhere to relax and this place is perfect! The hotel has a large pool with warm water which stays open until 9.30 pm! We were provided with everything needed to use the pool and had a great time! The rooms where large and clean and the breakfast was good.

There is an excellent head waiter at breakfast and the food is good.The swimming pools are lovely and the spa facilities are very convenient.

The rooms lack a luxurious feel and there is nothing extra provided such as bottles of water.We were given a warm quarter bottle of Prosecco in our suite on arrival which seemed a little ungenerous.

Very elegant hotel spa, incredibile breakfast, amazing friendly staff,front desk reception very knowledgeable and courteous,no language issues,i recommend this place,next visit i will stay 10days instead of 2 days.

Travelling with a baby is not easy but they made it extra easy for us! Crib was immaculate and new, restaurant understood why we kept on running in and out, and the high chair was also good quality. Aside from that the room was of great size, food is great and replenishing. Came here 20+ yrs ago when I was young, love the renovation and yet the same home vibe.

The property was very pretty, including the pool and sauna area. The whole property was very well kept and clean. The place was peaceful. The rooms seem like they have not been renovated since the place was built; HOWEVER, the rooms are well kept. Parking was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in a picturesque location. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Good breakfast included. And I also really liked the presence of sanitizers and the fact that everyone is wearing masks.

The location is amazing, like all locations in the area.Staff is very nice, polite, understanding, prone to say yes to whatever you asked ("say yes" not "do"Very clean, rules for covid outstanding.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE FOLLOWING ARE VALID BECAUSE IT IS A 5 STAR HOTEL, Reaching room service is hard (wrong number written in the rooms and when i called reception they forgot to pass my order to the kitchen) A 5s hotel need a direct access, passing though reception multiplies mistakes.Hotel vanity kit is very poor (good for us we took tooth brushes)Staff was complaining about being left alone in front of of customers.Please don't take this as a complete failure, I think the hotel would be great for a 4 star hotel, , just nice for a 5 star

Really friendly staff, they help me to surprise my wife on her birthday.I love the fact that they desinfect the place against Covid, it's really clean
