Plastic hangers in first room allocated and inferior gowns BUT upgraded and all good

Everything was good. I like to experience this space again.

The blankets were old. It had new clean cover but we could see the type of blanket. I think old fashion blanket was not nice.

Pristine clean, everything is new, rich choice of food at breakfast & dinner,nice house wine,big choice of desserts -wonderful taste! Every member of the team is very professional and polite.Good standards hotel!Three swimming pools are surrounded by a wonderful garden.A very good covered parking and free bikes provided.We had a very nice time, thank you!

Everybody was so helpful. Daniele provided us with superb service at the restaurant. Food was great. Breakfast was fine. Facchino was so efficient and available. Our Hugo drinks was properly mixed by the baristas. Frontdesk staff were all courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back

I hope they have more hydromassage.

It was clean, and the facilities were all functioning!

The fact that one must have a haircover for the pool.

Breakfast is good, there is a pool and all, parking inside the facility.

Facilities might be a little outdated for young couples.

The position

The room which we were offered did not correspond to what we had booked (deluxe with balcony and pool/garden view). Luckily we could find an acceptable solution with the hotel management.

What you see is what you got, and it was very clean and comfortabel, they respect privacy.

Very quiet air conditioner, comfortable and soft pillows and matrasse, bed tools, pools, clearness, staff, rooms.

No body lotion and shampoo. Only body soap.

Everything was the way I expected. Special, enormous thank you for Riccardo (at the lobby). He is a good example of a genuine, warm and helpfull customer servicer. I really felt welcome because of him and his English was very good. Thank you Riccardo!

Everyone were nice there, but it's good to remember something. I don't think that anyone expects perfect English from customer servicer BUT you can always be warm towards the foreigner and find someone who understands the language better if you don't feel comfortable. We don't bite <3 still. Kisses to everyone there, I consider my time there well spent <3

The hotel was clean stuff very friendly, the breakfast was varied and tasty, the pools were spacious and clean.

Nice location with nice clean facilities of Italys glorious days.

The room needs a refreshing. I was on a 1/2 bed which was old and quite noisy. The rooms need an urgent refreshing. Some effort with minimum cost must be done ie the lift floor is an old scruffy rubber which needs pennies to replace so no excuse.

The room was great - junior suite was good size, large bathroom and walk in closet. Nice balcony with pools view. The room temperature was a bit high, we switched off the heater in room. The pools area was nice, with many options and temperature. Not really for good for swimming(15meters long), imho, but to relax and enjoy the mineral waters.

Excellent hotel, polite attentive staff, such as my breakfast and dinner waitress Jacqueline. Loved her attitude to me and other guests and her professionalism.The reception was always attentive to my requests too, thank you. Loved the cleaning of the room (519) by a very pleasant maid. Clean pools, beautiful grounds, free bike hire every day. Breakfast was monotonous but tasty and sufficient. There was always a variety of fruit. Excellent dinner menu. There was not a single repeat during the week and the food was very tasty, thanks to the chefs.

I would be happy to give 5 stars, but an incident 2 hours before check out marred the feel of the hotel. At breakfast on the last day 25.10 an older (in age) waitress came up to me as I was carrying my plate to my table and said something in Italian. I speak 3 languages, but they don't include Italian or German, which are spoken here, and replied to her that I had already ordered my coffee. The waitress louder and stiffer again said something in Italian. Another waitress stood next to us. From the other tables, guests looked back at us. The situation was stressful for me, as if I were a criminal and had been caught red-handed. What a disgrace! Absolute inexcusable behavior on her part. I showed my room key - what more could a waitress ask for at breakfast? During the 7 days of my stay no one asked me or any other guest to show the room key - I had never seen such a thing that happen to me, at least. And even I was already recognizing familiar faces and seeing new ones. Problem solved, but I experienced unnecessary stress before the trip and the pleasant feeling of the hotel was slightly spoilt. If the hotel rules require you to name the room, it is not difficult to learn the phrase: "Your room number, please" in English or at least "room number" and I would already know what they want from me. And not to put English-speaking guests in stress if you don't know English yourself. I would be happy to come again, but I will refuse to have any contact with this waitress.

Location and staff

The lifts were a problem as the breakfast floor on level one meant it was chaos trying to get people up to their rooms

the spa gardens and pools
