Hotel Terme Due Torri - Hideaway & SPA

Miss Cristina was the lady who handled the check-in process; she was kind, welcoming, and charming. Thank You!At the Spa's reception, again very helpful, welcoming.The doctor made me feel like talking with a friend and Ivan, the gentleman who did the "fango" and ozon, was great.The same I could say about everyone in the staff, at the reception, at the restaurant, just a wonderful stay tks to everyone!

My stay was only 3 days short..next time maybe it will be longer

The room was very comfortable with two bathrooms and a superking size bed!The pools and and the spa facilities excellent. Great breakfast with good quality food too.The garden is also very nice.

Not really sure how hotel due Torri is but they relocated us to another chain of hotels. Grand hotel trieste & Victoria. but if they’re all in the same chain then I’m not sure I would recommend any of the hotels in the area. The things we mainly liked about the property was the spa area and the breakfast.

We did not like a lot of things because for a 5 star hotel our expectations were very high but the room was similar to something you would get at any regular hotel. Certain staff members were pretty rude and threw the vibe off of the entire stay at the hotel. The gym was extremely small and had little equipment to do anything with. The dinner was definitely over priced and served us raw steak. The food its self was OK but not something I would think to order twice. If the room is not available make it known in the ad before someone books the room and you try to give them another room in another hotel.

Breakfast was ok, bit basic but acceptable. Room was lovely and spacious. Facilities and shared areas in hotel were fantastic. Old fashioned style but very well maintained.

It was a very good Hotel & Spa in a Spa town. Spa services and Staff were Excellent.

It was a bit dated for a 5 Star. The Supper that they offered was not up to par for a 5 Star Hotel. Service in the Dining Room should have been Better.

This was an excellent experience. THE BREAKFAST menu was amazing. The staff served all our needs. The spa was exceptional. We got a medical evaluation that was E50 and was set up by the hotel in the facility. Was given a best medical recommendation and all my sessions were excellent. If you drive, give them your car license because a fine can be granted since it is in the middle of a no drive zone. The hotel will give this information to the police so no fine occurs. The pools, saunas etc., were all wonderful!

The hotel had ash trays all around the common areas outside in dining/ bar area. I thought this was a contradiction to the whole theme of wellness that the hotel exudes. The hotel would be better served to not invite smokers in common areas.

Excellent location, in the middle of everything but very quiet. Very old school traditions. Quality breakfast. Relaxing pools. Water aerobics.

Everything was exceptional, better than expected! We got a medical evaluation when we arrived because I wanted to try the mud tx. After we got a list of recommended treatment which we did daily. The pools were exceptional. One day we did aqua workout! I had a variety of massages.

Really I cannot think of anything? We found nice restaurants all around. excellent gelaterias

The staff welcoming you at the reception was very welcoming and professional. I was impressed by the check-in experience and the service of the hotel. The entrance of the hotel was charming with a nice garden surrounding the hotel. Once inside you will be mesmerized by the old-fashioned and elegant interior design. Fancy! The room was Amazing, I loved it! Very big, clean and beautifully furnished. I personally liked the Italian style of it. I booked a standard room at the hotel. The hotel room was very clean, top rating. The shower-gel smells very good. The balkony was overlooking the entrance of the hotel, the pools and town-street. In the evening when I was looking down on the activity nearby, I discovered a long Line of people standing around. It made me curious so I went down to check it out, and it led me straight to the best ice cream parlor in town. The thermal pools were nice with bubble bath and massage spots. Plenty of sunbeds, with a nice atmosphere. Inside and outside pools were both very nice. I especially liked the grotto and the sauna area of the hotel. The breakfast had a good assortment and you got coffee served at the table. A news article was printed out in English language which was nice. Very friendly staff. I had a very fancy hotel experience and loved every minute of it. The staff was very friendly, attentive and service minded.
