An excellent hotel, great service, and wonderful facilities.

Breakfast was disappointing. Poor variety of food and bad bread, especially for Italy.

Spa,body and facial treatments, excellent.

The pillows are very hard .The quality of food generally is of medium quality. Breakfast quality is unacceptable for a five star hotel.

The sauna is far too small.

Large room, great beds (twin room), and even though it was a Friday evening with parties going on in town, the room was noise-isolated and quiet.Staff at reception (both at check-in and check-out) was super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast waiter allocated to our table, while acknowledging our presence, proceeded to go chat with young ladies for nearly 10 minutes... twice. I recognise that eventually one of his colleagues - who seemed to be used to the shenanigans of his colleagues - stepped in to take the order. However, it goes to show that such unprofessional behaviour of one member of staff can impact overall satisfaction with an entire stay.

Super nice location, good breakfast, pools are open until late evening, bicycles.

The dinner menu options- if you are not going to eat much at night - there is no "light meal" options

The size of the room, the facilities

-The access to the fitness room only from 8 AM. When you are traveling for Business, it is important to access the fitness room earlier the morning- The fact that there is no kettle in the room- The plugs (only 1 under the mirror was usable for my equipment)

Pools are fine & bistro by the pool.

The hotel is very beautiful and super clean. The staff is kind. The SpA and swimming pools areas are amazing!

The food at the hotel restaurant is very low level, or better embarrassing for a 5 star Luxury hotel. Worst food ever and this confirms many other negative reviews about the restaurant in this hotel. We stayed at the other 5 stars hotels by this brand and this has the worst food ever.

The breakfast was decent, however for a 5 star L hotel it could be better. The staff will never hesitate to go an extra mile for you. The receptionist Alexandra is absoluitely amasing person. She goes above and beyond her duties to satisfy her customers. She is a real gem. Cleanliness is exceptional. The room was big and quite. Pool staff was very attentive.

Definitely the food, especially dinner. For a 5 star hotel it was horrible. The quality of food was really poisoning our stay at the hotel. Looks like the management absolutely doesn't care what they give to their customers. The shining plate covers will never replace the taste of the food.

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet, beautiful vacation.

Personnel were very professional, helpful and accommodating. Beautiful grounds, elegant, excellent facilities and impeccably clean. The best thermal cure I’ve ever been to.

The best hotel in the area! The room was clean and nice. The SPA zone is beautiful. They have 1 internal and 2 external thermal pools.
