Very good location, the swimming pool is awesome and the staff is friendly

The mattress. I don't know why they put 2 single mattresses instead a King Size mattress in a 4 star hotel

All the services were at a high level. The pool is great, and the room was cozy, clean, and well-ventilated. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant.

I expected more from breakfast like a variety of healthy food. Maybe the price was high, but the hotel offers many services that you pay for additionally.

Location was everything and the staff at the front desk were amazing. Super friendly. Super helpful. And very professional. The bartending staff was also awesome and a pleasure for drinks and coffee.

I would have liked to see different offerings on the breakfast. I was there for 5 weeks and the breakfast never changed. The breakfast staff were not very friendly but worked very hard to provide beverages and clean the tables. But they could be a little friendlier. The younger staff member running the pool was very rude and not very friendly. When asked a question, he asked like it was a huge inconvenience. As a matter of fact, all of the male staff members I met were not friendly, but the female staff were all much more welcoming.

Outdoor garden was beautiful

There no information before on the website that you have to wear swimming hat in the pools. Breakfaste was not good.This is place not the young people.

Good location, a supermarket is within 10 minutes' walking distance. Perfect generous breakfast. Free parking.

the wifi was not alwys working, perhaps too many guests were using it.

The bed was good

This hotel looked like a haunted house, please open the lights and I recommend this hotel for old aged people, not a family or couples. Also, when they close the corridor lights midnight and turns into a scary place.

The best part are thermals and staff - reseptionists and bartenders. The bad is really big and comfortable. And also thank you for lovely piano performance in the foyer.

The Hotel needs an update. Little space in the breakfast room and the dishes was not perfectly clean. As well as toilet in the room (416).

It was great for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, with a little balcony and everything as you'd expect. The pool was great, and having a bike offered was excellent, if I had stayed longer.

I didn't get much information about how to find my way around.

if u want to have hot swim during winter, then u can try. mostly old people staying the hotel

A very tired hotel. Did not like English. Pool towels extra. Spa robs extra even for treatments. Many of the pool jets and waterfalls were not working. Electric cable in pool by waterfall ?‍♂️. The jacuzzi area was dirty and many jets not working. The pool requires bathing cap no information presented. information only in German,no English! we were directed to web page in English this did not work! Reception could not get the Web page to work even from hotel PC. Breakfast was chaotic. How not to manage a buffet. whilst you were at the buffet the table would be taken by new arrivals! The staff were harassed one showed it. This is an overpriced relic of a hotel. with many of the facilities not working, available at additional cost.

Pleasant

Breakfast disaster, you have to go around and around to get to breakfast. No fresh fruit. Room is not worth the money, For this price no mini bar or no water in mini bar. It is not worth this high price.

The room is large and spacious, a comfortable large table (very convenient for people with laptops), a comfortable bed, a free bike that can be borrowed for the entire stay at the hotel (the bike is very comfortable!). The territory of the hotel, as well as the hotel itself, is very beautiful.

There was no declared "sound insulation" AT ALL! I heard every word, every sound, every step, every sigh of people in the neighboring rooms and in the corridor.Bicycles do not have flashlights, which makes them unsafe at night.

It’s scandal situation in 4 star hotel!!!! What’s more hotel is old fashioned, loud and beds are very not comfortable! if you’re foreigners, I wouldn’t recommend you :/
