    Pros +

    • The pools, and the staff were great, always happy and helpfull. The rooms are large and housekeeping keeps them spotless. The location is great, both in Abano and regional, its a good spot from which to explore Veneto by car. Also, the car parking was great.
    • Very clean, no complaints, I loved the balcony and the inside and outside pool area!We started with a little incident bc our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they changed the room number immediately. It was a nice stay!
    • Very friendly staff, very large room, nice spa area

    Cons -

    • A bit more variety of items at breakfast would be good. Having said that, we enjoyed the breakfast, and the quantities were great.
    • Some repair work to be done to basins in Spa, no bathtub in room
    • The receptionist uninterested and not welcoming at all. Awful smell of old furniture and nursing home. Not feels like a hotel 4* but more like a sanatorium for old people.Bathrobe and pool towels not free and you need to take them from reception, for a 4* hotel in these days it seems not normal to us. We stayed in this location in another hotel, cheaper, and they offered bathrobe and towels free in the room. Parking also is paid. )) You book the hotel but you still need to pay everything extra ? like in a 2* hotel. The pools aren’t renovated and not very clean. No glasses in the room.

Big rooms Big pool with different jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok.

    1. Communication. Before arrival, an e-mail was received with a link to the guest account, where you can perform online registration, see your ordered services (procedures, meals, etc.), and you can also make various service orders online, there is all the information about all the hotel service. Very modern and comfortable. You will also receive a link to an information brochure in various languages in the e-mail. Once again, you will receive all the information on paper when you arrive at the reception. The staff is very nice and helpful. 2. The hotel is in a very good location, near the park and the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, cafes. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, tidy, spacious. 3. Pools and other. The pools are clean, tidy, spacious, although there are many people, you don't feel like you're in a crowd, there are enough sunbeds by the pool, you can rent bathrobes and pool towels at the reception, it's very convenient. We tried the Roman Irish rout procedure with various saunas and pools, we really liked it, the woman who provided this service was very kind and friendly. 4. Room. We lived in a Family room, with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with furniture and a hot tub (with lighting, wifi, speakers, you can play musicfrom your phone). The view from the terrace is excellent, to the Euganean hills, all rooms have access to the terrace. We liked everything so much that we additionally booked a late check-out. Bar to room service is very reasonably priced. 5. Food. The price included breakfast, the variety is really good, both food and drinks, nice staff. You can also order lunch and dinner, but we ate in the city. 6. We were very satisfied, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend it

Lobby area and the staff was very friendly.

Spa area is too small and breakfast area is also too small and not many options for breakfast.

Pool and terme facilities were great. Parking was fine. Daily room service was great. Breakfast was excellent.

The beds were old and worn out. Need to be replaced.

One plus of the hotel was the allover cleanliness and the large room. Breakfast buffet well assorted from savoury to sweet.

Lucky enough we only booked one dinner at the hotel, for the rest we dined elsewhere. To be honest, they do not charge much for the dinner, nontheless, it was just awful. Antipasti a buffet consisting mainly in 3/4 types of half boiled vegetables with no taste at all. In my understanging antipasti is something different. First and second course served in very small portions and again no big taste. On the second day of our stay, surprisingly, the water in the indoor pool was much cooler than the day before and the water of the outdoor pool, which the day before was good, was unpleasantly tiepid. We are frequent visitors of Abano / Montegrotto and have visited a number of different hotels in the area. In our opinion our stay was not up to 4 star standard.

The hotel is great! The staff are amazing they make you feel welcome. Every staff was incredibly generous and polite.

Check out is 1000 and they charge for parking.

Everything was excellent—only good things. It is not my style of preferred hotel; this is why I am not giving a 10-star. But I gave the highest note on all of their services.

Not really my style. I like a boutique, small and personalized. This is a lovely well, serviced big hotel. The mistake is probably mine in the act of choosing. Not of the hotel.

Overnight during a multi-day bicycle trip. Abano Terme itself is a bit of a declining spa, whose glory years are rather behind it. The hotel delighted us with very large rooms and a spa area open until late in the evening. Breakfast very plentiful with a diverse selection of dishes, definitely above Italian standards. Staff very friendly helpful. Recommended.

    Nothing at all.

Spa and the pool were good.

The breakfast was really terrible. They serve terrific coffee, hey that's the worse coffee I have ever tasted in Italy. Parking is 3euro, should be free for 4stars otel. You need to pay towels for spa, again for a 4 stars Hotel.

    location

old, loose, unkind, uninterested personnel, poor breakfast, more sanatorium, many disabled people, pool suited for procedures, don't clean up every day, two nights we slept sheets

It was my second visit to this hotel, and I would have rated it higher if not for the presence of the cockroaches on the balcony and in the room.

When I spoke about the cockroach presence problem to the girl at the reception in the morning, she replied that everybody had them at their home, and actually assumed that I did have them too - not a way to manage such a situation in a 4 star hotel.

The thermal pool, the service by everyone in the staff we met. Good environment and a great experience. The room really good.

Get the breakfast better please! scrambled eggs were some of the worst I have tasted, cereal was clearly a cheap one. More variety certainly needed. Staff was very good and servicing.
