Tritone LUXURY HOTEL THERMAE & SPA

Amazing hotel and staff, everything was perfect, modern and clean. Staff were super nice. The room was fantastic and super well equipped. The gym and pool were great!

Overall the property is beautiful and well kept.In my opinion The best parts are the pools, spa and lounge.The cave room with real snow and the large sauna were my absolute favorites. We were there in the summer and it wasn't too crowded with enough space to relax and enjoy the different saunas and pools. The steam area and the sauna are mix naked areas, we really enjoyed it, but some people didn’t. Something to take in consideration if you want to enjoy this areas.

When we asked at the reception what the rules of good behavior were in the sauna and steam bath area we received some incorrect information which created some confusion regarding nudity. NB most of the spa area is a nude mixed area, if you have problems with this do not use those areas. It would be nice if the rules were respected by everyone who uses the facilities.Perhaps more attention to the music selection in the spa area could make the whole experience more relaxing.Outside the meals time, not to much to eat.In the room not too much toiletries to be a 5stars hotel For the price I was aspect something more.

SPA area, good breakfast, parking place

When we arrived we had to wait in line 15min for check-in that was supposed to be at 14. Than very unprofessional receptionist informed us that room will be available after 15.30, that for me for this price is unacceptable. When I started to notice it, nobody was taking seriously our dissatisfaction. Only when I clearly requested to speak with a manager, we started speaking with receptionist's supervisor that offered us a junior suite room available immediately, but overall we arrived to the hotel few minutes after 14, and we entered room only before 16.00 (we lost more than one hour). Room was nice, but for sure not at the level of 5star luxury hotel (only basic cosmetics without things like cotton pad), very poor hairdryer, no free water to drink. SPA very nice, but a lot of noise in the relax zone and we had to wait in the line to enter to sauna. Overall in the luxurious hotel this situation shouldn't happen, and even if we got a junior suite, we lost time that we wanted to spend in SPA

1) the interior design is outstanding modern mixed with traditional with old army bikes ! outstanding ! 2) the food was excellent 3) the personnel is very professional 4) everybody speaks at list 2 foreign languages 5) the matress was like a cloud 6) the gym is very complex and the latest type of machines7) it has 1 inside and 2 huge outside thermal swimming pools 8) pool inside and outside bar 9) very well taken care of garden 10) traditional food and vegan choices 11) health club is amazing : all types of massages , specific thermal water therapies,hairdresser, manicure , pedicure …. 12) there are two restaurants within the hotel. One is very elegant and one is near the pool.13)  every night in the hotel bar. There are very nice events with live music and the light in the night and a good thing is that you can’t hear it at the floor above, so you can rest in peace14)  The owner is always present in the hotel and you can talk to him directly about anything you like this is very reassuring.

poor tv choices, no netflix or you tube connection . hdmi of the tv not functional .

A place you feel home, friendly and helpful staff all the time and great food

The wellness was truly extraordinary

staff language skills could be more practical! the dinner is still going on when the staff is already clearing away the offerings!this is unusual at least in 5 stars

Nice modern and clean Spa facility with very friendly and attentive staff.

Large group sauna I believe that was not well managed and organized in terms of distancing and health management. Too many people in a narrow area especially before and after the sauna while changing clothes

Stuff was great,accomodation.Spa is unbeliavable,pools?Everything was great.Just one more suggestion,food is ok,they should be better in selection of food,because hotel and spa was excellent??

The spa was amazing, very clean and beautiful, with a lot of spaces and different themed areas. The aufguss was a special experience and worth it. The dinner all inclusive is delicious, same as the breakfast. The staff is very nice too.

The heating in the room was broken and there were something like 30 degrees in the room. The bed sheets were very low quality. There was no hair conditioner, which should be given in a five star hotel. The furniture is really outdated.

I have been to many hotels around the world but this one is the best. High class in everything , absolutely excellent.

Nothing to complain about but their laundry service provider is closed over Saturday-Monday which makes it difficult to plan if you stay for a week
