Hotel Firenze

The staff were amazing and very helpful and polite. They did their best to accomodate the guest requests. Also a special thanks goes to the restaurant staff. The food was very tasty and the waiting staff were very helpful. Overall, I would love to stay in this hotel again.

The amenities in the rooms could be improved and modernized.

Breakfast was good

Very old outdated decor and furniture, smell if mold. Construction site noise was very annoying. Limited access to the garden with a pool. Reception was not very friendly and demanded to hold my passport which was gross

Few maintenance issues with towel radiator (couldn’t control) and the basin plug. The hotel called the maintenance to fix the next day.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The pool area was poorly maintained, with swampy edges, and in some spots, it even smelled like sewage. We were not provided with the facilities that were supposedly included in the room. Everything had to be explicitly requested.For instance, there were no pool towels in the room, so we had to go to the reception to ask for them—only to be charged for the towels later. The minibar was advertised as included, yet the room was empty, and when we inquired, we were told we’d have to pay for anything we wanted.Breakfast hours were from 8 to 10 AM, which felt more like a military schedule than a relaxing vacation. The towels throughout the stay smelled unpleasant, likely due to the poor-quality washing liquid they use.Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel.

I liked everything, starting with breakfast and continuing with the staff, spa, bar, location, silence . If you want to relax and have a good time this is the place to go .

The staff was very very friendly

Shower curtains.Not hygienical. The shower box was very small and the curtains were made the batheoom floor wet.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, one can use a bike from the hotel for free!!! and for the price - very nice facilities.

The SPA and pool close super early - 18:30 and 19:00. Pool towels are paid extra. A lot of noise in the corridor - sleeping past 09:00 was impossible due to shouting and slamming of doors - not sure but it sounded like it's the cleaning staff that makes all this noise. It was evident that everyone/everything is new and so everything was a little bit chaotic, although the staff was exceptionally friendly and trying to compensate for the chaos. Hotel front doors get locked at night and to get back in, after ringing the bell for quite a while, I had to call via mobile phone. All of these are small things that can be easily improved on ;)

Location easy to find, the room with balcony it could be early check in

All facilities are small, on the day I stayed there were not crowded, so I could relax but in the case if there are so many guests in the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, absolutely not comfort. There are a few jet for jagzzi and not confortable

Wonderful location, garage available, excellent breakfast.

Speed the check in. No need to leave documents at the front desk for a long time.

We liked the Hotel, everything was very good, we will come back certainly.The food was very delicious, beautiful atmosphere to relax.
