Easy check-in and check-out

The staff keep making excuses to come in my room. When I didn't answer once & there was a no disturb sign on the door, they tried to enter my room while I was in bed. Continuous construction in front of room. Hotel restaurant only open during breakfast.

The location was close to many of the places I needed to go and surrounded by restaurants and stores.

I was told the hotel restaurant is only open during breakfast hrs & only serves a buffet. The room is in between 2 elevators which people can see into room from. The staff walked in my room despite the no disturb. They kept calling me, per them no reason

The room’s very big consisting of refrigerator, tea and coffee and small table for sitting and chilling.

There’s no complaints :)

Everything was perfect! Friendly staff, very clean room, the breakfast and location are great. Absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Easy to find, rooms were very spacious and quiet.

We had two separate rooms which were on different floors. It would have been nice to be nearer to each other.

The parking lot is quite close and there is no battery charger in the room. However, the staff provided good service and lent me a charging cable to use.

Great location in the middle of town and the shopping street of Gangneung, helpful staff, free parking on site, complimentary bottles of water and toiletries provided in room.

When we first entered the room it smelt like sewage and on investigation found that it was coming from the toilet; called front desk who said the property was full and couldn’t accommodate a room change but kindly sent someone up to check on it whilst we were out and left a bottle of room spray. Then on our first night we noticed the air-conditioning stopped working at around 9pm (it was not cooling the room but just circulating air) so slept with the window open all night as it was too stuffy otherwise; next day we asked front desk who said that was normal and their air-conditioning would not be on this season in October, but that they would check it when cleaning the room. During our second night there were strong winds that shook the windows so we were forced to sleep with them closed, but the winds intermittently rattled/slammed the ceiling board of our toilet (???) and at this point it was so late and we were too exhausted to even check with front desk what the matter was so we eventually fell asleep and slept through it. Checked out the next day. Towels were slightly yellowing and bed was hard. The whole property was clearly very old and carpets / walls were all slightly stained. For a stay that was not the cheapest, this was disappointing.

Breakfast was good and different type of food was available for all sorts of breakfast lovers - you could do a european one with scrumbled eggs, has browns, orange juice or the asian spicy and warm breakfast

The location was great. It was an easy walk to traditional markets, Molwha Street, and other places of interest. The views from the breakfast room were amazing. It was really great to see most of Gangneung from 15 stories.

The mattress was really hard. But, it was clean and I was able to sleep well.

The room was cozy, nice and well equipped. The staff was nice with us. The best thing was the breakfast room with the panoramic view and the breakfast was fantastic too. The market was close and there is a lot of good things like restaurants, cafe, stores. I loved to stay in it.

There was ample space to park our car. Our rooms on the 12th floor had nice view. The breakfast buffer offers a choice between international and local dishes. The breakfast room is on the top floor and offers stunning views.

We forgot one item at the room; we did not find a way to contact the hotel to check if they found it.

Breakfast. As someone who doesn't eat pork, there were multiple items on the breakfast menu that had pork but didn't specify e.g the stir-fried rice. I didn't notice the pork pieces until after a few bites to which i asked the staff what type of meat it was. There was nothing mentioned on the label about it having pork whereas some other items had (pork) written. It was such a shame as I could only eat the bread, omelet, cereal, and fruit there. not worth the money for anyone with dietary restrictions
