Sabuy Best Hotel Phayao

The location was good. It was down an alley away from the busy street. It was quiet. It was in walking distance for shopping and eating.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The WiFi was mot consistent even though the router was right outside my room. The WiFi would work for a few minutes then drop off for a few minutes. The staff did not know any English and were hesitant to use Google translate with guest making it very difficult to communicate.

Good breakfast for the price.... But I couldn't drink the coffee etc.... Glad there was a lift.

Noisy air-conditioning.... No curtain to block light over one window.... Loose toilet fitting.... A ceiling light that flashed in the bathroom when the shower was running.... Very soft mattresses with huge pillows

Nice and quiet room of good size, in the morning a decent asian breakfast

Position was Ok

We’re do we Start. Front desk no real Friendly. We have been traveling for a while now , and the bed was the worst one it was Rock hard could not sleep ? and ended up in pain. Light on the toilet roll. Breakfast we were the about 8am , no fried rice left and stated no making anymore ?.

the beds, they were so hard. we woke up in pain every morning. otherwise its a great place :)

Friendly staff, large rooms and excellent breakfast!

The basic room was okay. Wifi good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast included. Price good. You can sit outside in front of the hotel. Silent place.

Not centrally located. Breakfast had minimum choices. Only the receptionists speak English

The place is just great, very close to everything. Phayao is small anyways. So comfortable room with plenty of space. Breakfast is also good.

The room was a bit noisy due to the Loykratong celebrations nearby but that should nt be an issue most of the year

Comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy, but did the job nicely.A big surprise was the lake views sitting at the window seat, really enjoyed that.

I was happy with what I got at the price point.

Spacious room, clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet breakfast albeit local fare. Helpful staff and hotel is just a few minutes easy walk from the bus terminal.

.We only stayed in Phayao as our motorbike broke down but it was a pleasant evening walking around the lake and the hotel was excellent. The rooms were a good size and well laid out and the bathroom was nice.We had a good breakfast and there seemed to be a good selection of food available.

Room big and clean... internet connextion ok.. location ok. After checkout they did bring me for free back to the busstation... that was nice..

Bed very hard matress... breakfast not eatable.. no coffee.. no bread.. raw eggs... my worst ever in a hotel. Rotten crapes funghi on it.. the receptionist from hotel was not able to communicate in english at all... for me a one time visit to this hotel...

It's the 4th time I stay at this hotel; I will always come back when I'm in Phayao as its location is excellent, price/value is good and the breakfast is really good. I love the sunset view from my room as an extra bonus!

Internet was not good this time, but that can happen I guess...
