Casa 33 Hatyai

The property is very estheticly nice. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Strategic place to stay, near to 7-eleven convenient store. It was easy for us to get grabcar to travel around. Wifi and adaptor also provided. Netflix and youtube are available too. The desserts at their cafe are delicious and muslim-friendly.

Cleanliness is an issue. Seems to have housekeeping issue. Blood stains were found on my bedsheets and pillow cases on 2 days even though we made a feedback on first day. Ants roam around the room and were also found on the bed. Shower heater was inconsistent, sometimes hot and then suddenly turn cold

All the staff members were extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were super clean and the property was beautiful. The property is also very easy to locate. The property is quite some distance from other places, but taking Grab is very easy and there are also a few very famous restaurants that are within walking distance.

Weird policy regarding requesting for more drinking water. Only 2 bottles of water are provided in the room, and we are only allowed to bring empty bottles to the receptionist downstairs to refill, otherwise we'll get charged additionally. Might be better if there's a water dispenser upstairs for the guests to refill themselves.

The stay is superb! One of the nicest hotel in hatyai because most hatyai hotels are old. Very instagramable and there is a nice cafe attached with the hotel. Get discount when you spend in the cafe as a hotel guest. The hotel has no lift but they will help you to send your luggage. After staying in other hatyai hotel this hotel just feel like a 5-star to me because they offered international plug, slippers, free drinks in the fridge, welcome drinks (refreshing) and even beer opener if you need. The staffs are helpful and always greet you with a big smile. They will be at the reception for 24 hours. The bed is very comfortable and the entire hotel is very clean. The water pressure is good, even shower feels relax here. The mirror comes with a ring light which is very friendly for make up.

Location wise is not so convenient as it is slightly out of the lee garden town therefore tuktuk is less available. Recommend to take grab because its cheaper compared to tuktuk. The staff will help you to order the grab of you need. We dont drive so parking isnt our consideration. Other than location, all is good.

The interior is very beautiful.

No elevator, very strict on the number of pax entered. No visitor after 6pm.

I like everything about the hotel. We arrive at the hotel early and the hotel help us to secure our bag first since we need to go other places. The staff all good. They even bring our bag to our room early. we got a very warm welcome from them. The room was really fantastic. Got smart tv all that, the bed is really comfortable. This is really recommended hotel if we plan to go in Hatyai again

Everything about this hotel are overwhelming. The best stay at hatyai so far. The staff were friendly. So welcoming. Easy to check out. We unable to check out by our own since we still at the shopping mall, when we called the staff informing that we gonna be late, they help us to check out 1st since we already pack the bag. Only need them to take and keep the bag safely. Very nice room. Clean.

Amazing building, love the interior design of hotel and the staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful

Very pretty building with a minimalistic design and decor. The cafe right next to the hotel also makes delicious coffee and small bites. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, hairdryer etc. were provided. Location is also good, not too far from the city centre. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Nothing much but it would be better to provide a full-length mirror in each room (so that people can check their outfits before going out). Another thing is, maybe the hotel can provide like a pole with more hangers so that we can hang our clothes/bath towel.

Room decor and cleanliness was great.

Lack of an exhaust system in the toilet. The smells escape. Be forewarned. Day bed was of a light colour, so stains were inevitable. Its not dirty, im positive its clean, just slightlyoff putting to see marks or stains.

Everything meet our expectations, the surrounding is very welcoming, the staff were sooooo nice. The room has very nice smell. Recommended.

Wonderful room, superb staff, overall a wonderful stay. worth every penny.

The only minuses for me were, there is no exhaust system for the toilet, so be forewarned.Also, there is a cushioned lounging area in the room, which is fantastic but there were some stains, its not dirty, the room is immaculately cleaned. its just that the cushion is of a light colour so inevitably there will be stains which is a bit off-putting.

a really lovely place with great facilities and amazing staff. They went out of their way to help us and we’re super friendly and really efficient. when we first saw the pool, we thought it was a bit small.. But was actually really lovely and refreshing, swimming in the warm early evening.only regret, was that our son didn’t have time to play on the piano in the lobby that would have been nice.a stunning place that has had a lot of thought put in to it with real attention to detail.

The café next door was quite the opposite experience from the hotel. The person who took our order didn’t have the people skills that we had experienced with the hotel staff , seemingly being more interested in her phone than us… which lead to us getting the wrong order amongst other things.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly, courteous. The hotel itself is very cosy, great ambience. Love the vibe. Very clean. The night markets are all very near to the hotel. A good location too. Many halal food options around.

Nothing i didnt like, everything was to perfection. Exceeded my expection.
