Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla

This is our second time staying here, and we’re just as impressed as before. There’s plenty of parking, the staff are lovely and provide excellent service. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. We've stayed at several hotels in Songkhla, and this one is the best.

Very clean and tidy, very spacious, good hospitality!

Location a bit far from hatyai town, difficulty to get a grab easily..We book for a king-size bed, but they provide 2 super single bed joint as one bed, Not comfortable for sleeping in the middle of the bed!

My first impression is the front desk staffs who are very friendly. They offered to change the room that fit with 3 people. The hotel location is convenient to go to the Songkla Old Town and Koh Yor. The breakfast is super good. My friends and I had lunch on the arrival day and 2 dinner on the following days, the meal are very delicious.

Clean room & beautiful lounge

Location 20 min from the town. Swimming smaller than expected.

The facility and room are new and clean. Surrounding environment is good.

The shower water temperature is super unstable! Either way too hot or too chill. The safety box and water kettle is not working well. Plus the electricity is a bit unstable as well.

Breakfast has many varieties, but mostly the same for the five days, could have more variety for a 5 to 7 day stay.No nearby shops/facilities to walk and explore. Have to depend on the hotels restaurant and cafe. If you drive it might not be a problem, else getting around isn't easy.

Gorgeous hotel, 2nd visit. Friendly staff and nice ambience.

The hotel had great facilities and the rooms were very well equiped, the breakfast buffet had a great selection.

The location was a bit remote, we had to get a taxi to any attraction but Grab is very easy and cheap to use.

Limited facilities for children to play, would be great if they could dedicate a children's roomLimited food options in the area. You will need to drive out unless eating at the hotel restaurant.

I am struggling to think of anything I really liked it is an overated hotel

The hotel is probably built ten years ahead of the obvious development but built to a poor spec with many teething issues and very disjointed who thought walking through a car park was a good idea to get to gym and pool plus other activities.The room had a smell of untreated water, especially when the toilet was flushed, bringing into question the lake where paddleboards were used. Generally a damp squid rather than wow ?

Breakfast all yummy. My son enjoyed. Yes I I again come and stay your hotel. Your staff all friendly with us. Special smiles face. My room facing swimming pool. The views bring me peace of mind. Thank you to all.

The suite is modern, and comfortable

The staffs especially at the morning buffet and sour faced, unfriendly, unhelpful at all. You need to get cutlery on your own and they pretended as if they didnt hear you are calling them. Also lack of gesture and smile. Very arrogant, most of them.

Beautiful cosy and conducive hotel. Suburb but near to city attractions. Delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Bad smell from the shower drainage. Difficult to shower because smell is very bad.Swimming pool area may be slippery.

Perfect location for a few days in Songkhla. A hidden treasure in Thailand with much less tourism than other regions in the south. Friendly staff, helpful and very responsive with any issue.

Most staffs in this hotel is very kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is not in the downtown, but a little bit far, it takes about 10 mins drive to the nearest business center.

Only one MANAGER working in reception needs be professional. It seems that she did not get enough training. Her behavior could not match this job in this hotel.
