Great location in downtown. The decoration is modern and new.

No curtain for the shower place.

Everything. The room was spacious. There's TV with netflix, oven, fridge, kettle, plates n cutleries. In short its perfect. Bed is very comfortable. There's even a rather fancy 4 legged bathtub in the shower room. Hotel located very near seaside.

Nothing. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Their fresh squeezed orange juice is the best! Variety of main dishes to choose for, with some basic foods at buffet counter and refrigerator. I enjoyed different dishes for 3 mornings. The staffs at the restaurant are super friendly and polite.

Staff were great. Netflix already on the TV. Free coffee in the lobby and the location is great, walking to the Old Town is easy.

Cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, in town location, value for money.

Noise of water pump on top floor, we moved lower because of it.

I had booked the wrong month for my reservation. Reception staff quickly resolved the change in dates and allowed me to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was really clean and super comfortable. In fact the best bed ive slept on. Hotel staff were super friendly. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to the mermaid/beach.

It was great, nothing bad to say

The breakfast is awesome. The staffs are friendly. The room is cleaned daily. Overall experience is good. Will come back again if I am ever come back to Songkhla. And will also recommend this hotel to friends and families.

An unfortunate event happened. My friend left his carry bag at the lobby. The staff knew that the bag belong to him as he asked them to look after his bag while he went back upstairs to help me get my luggage. When we left the hotel for the airport, my friend accidentally left his bag. The staff saw the bag and kept it for safekeeping. However they didn't call to inform us. They just keep the bag. We are grateful that they keep the bag safe. But it would be good to call and inform us about it. We missed our flight that day because the passport was in that carry bag. If the staff has the courtesy to call us and inform us, I am sure we would be able to catch our flight.

Nice hotel lobby, nice bathroom and easy to get car park suurounding. Friendly staff.

Did not have breakfast. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. We had a problem with our car rental and front office assisted in coordinating Avis personnel solving problem, even though it was on a Saturday evening.

Nothing that is within their control

The staff were very helpful and considerate, they did their jobs as instructed to the best of their ability. This unfortunately did little to mitigate the poor decisions made by the management / owners that made out stay very unpleasant.

I specifically asked for a double bed, not 2 single beds pushed together. They said yes, no problem, it would be a king sized bed. When we got to the room there was a very noticeable ridged gap which made sleeping with my partner extremely uncomfortable. I wish hotels would understand there is a qualitative difference between jamming two beds together and providing an actual double bed.The air conditioner was leaking water directly onto the TV below. This is obviously a poor planning choice, as every room appeared to have the same arrangement. They were refurbishing the hotel while we were staying. The paint fumes were very noxious and it was quite noisy. The restaurant and coffee facilities were unavailable when we arrived. This is something a hotel should tell the guests about before booking. It's pretty basic and I feel a discount should have been offered. The room was overpriced given the circumstances.

The staff is very helpful and beautiful, the room is clean and comfortable.The location is also suitable. The parking space also did not disappoint.

If walking around at night, be prepared to be chased by dogs in the neighborhood.Beware of dogs..hahaha

The staff were incredible. We got caught during the floods and decided to leave Songkhla earlier than first intended. The staff organised transport and checked up with us even though there was uncertainty as to whether we could travel or not due to roads being flooded. They were also helping other guests. They really went above and beyond to help the guests. The room was clean, comfortable and had lovely views when it wasn’t raining.

The breakfast could have been better organised with a wider variety of foods.

it is walking distance to old street & night market .The hotel very clean & good decoration in the lobby.The staffs very friendly and helpful.The room upgrade to us with bathtub super nice & the bed is very good for sleep.

I really like the big TV screen in the hotel. After bathing in a big tub, I lay down on the big bed and enjoy free Netflix.

The breakfast area seems to be a bit small and can only accommodate not more than 10 people.

Lousy hotel with such service

My 1year old baby have nose bleeding n stain the bed sheet a bit they say have to charge me 200baht for cleaning so i clean my self......the bed sheet with warm that's it...????bad services lousy hotel won't stay in such hotel anymore
