Breakfast need to improve, a cold coffee n tea is not preferable ???

Great location. It's in the middle of Parkcity Commercial Centres. Many eateries, foodcourts, restaurants, grocery stores etc Ample parking spaces. Check in and check out were fast.

There were no satellite channel for the tv. Only the regular Mytv channels. We could not enter our room twice. Had to go to the counter to reset key card.

Very basic hotel without gym, restaurant and pool

Breakfast is limited to malaysian dishes

The property seems to be old. Bathroom fixtures need refurbishing.

It's humid, so there were some moldy spots in the bathroom.

Location is good. Near to the spring shopping mall. Breakfast is worth the price, i like their Nasi Lemak & Laksa!Nice environment, comfortable bed & pilliow.

Location was great and the price is decent. Breakfast was included which is always a big plus point and the room is quite spacious.

The windows in the room could use some cleaning and the water in the shower room does not drain fast enough.

The cafe is good.

The room temperature is not cold. Seem like the aircond problem otherwise already adjust the temperature. The room too small

The room is clean and well-maintained. The Front Office staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked for 3days 2nights but on the 2nd day, the housekeeping member tried to open the door while I was on shower although the do not disturb sign was up. Understand the process but please check your in-house lift before you start the duty.

not very nice noisy disco poor local breakfast of pre cooked food.

Breakfast was poor, there is a noisy bar with thumping music until 2 am in the morning. I had to leave earlier than planned, I explained to the manger and she promised to refund the money and send my receipt by email they did neither and I had a friend go there and ask after 6 weeks and they then told him that I must go back to booking and ask for a refund as they were not allowed to refund without Booking,com approval. needless to say I did not get a refund nor did I get the receipt for the days I stayed there or even for the full amount I paid. I think they only told me they would pay the refund but had no intention of doing so. without a proper receipt I cannot claim the money from my company, which means I am out of pocket.

Bad hotel stay

So many ant. I got the room with wall view not as mention in the description sea view. The sound proof was bad and can hear next room talking and traffic around the hotel. It was a bad experience for me. Regret.

Valuable for money, locations also good,The breakfast was great ? and all foods was sedap².

1st of all, the air-conditioning was not cool :(, event the maintenance staff saying that just turn on, that will be cool within 30mins. We have waited until couples of hours but didnt happend.

I like the new modern design of the room, parking available for guests although not much, but still very near to entrance

The selection of breakfast buffet is quite mediocre , i don’t the see the reason why i need to pay extra rm 10 per hour if i want to check in early if the room is already available under my name, that is ridiculous
