The room was spacious & the bed was big. A good number of electrical outlets for charging multiple devices. Food court nearby.

The room looked old & the flooring was cracked. The wardrobe did not have clothes hangers.

Comfort, room view, and good hotel location, close to restaurants, grocery stores. Even though the hotel is old, it feels like it's still new, I'm satisfied.

I was just a little surprised, when making the booking payment, the payment before the total was 239 which I liked. But once I paid the last 260. I don't know why, maybe because of taxes or something. But it's okay.

The room is always cleaned before we’re back. Foodcourt downstairs,Dobi nearby.

Mattress need an upgrade. ?

The price for the hotel is worth the money you pay for. Convenient to food, groceries, laundry and walking distance to bus station.

Not much

I checked in 27 July 2025 around 6 pm. When I want to access to internet WIFI, I request the lady who is in front of customer desk to give me wifi (includes username and password), the bumi lady said that NO INTERNET and internet connection has problem (Did not provide internet voucher includes username and password), but i saw WIFI and request to login. On the second day (28 July 2025), i saw a guy who is in front of the desk service, i request him to give me wifi user name and password. He gave me. I sincerely hopes that management look into this issue.

Food stalls, mini marts and laundry just walking distance

It was located strategically within Bintulu town, approximately 10 mins to malls and a lot of food outlets within the surrounding.

Albeit the spacious room, however it has very poor ventilation. My family and I couldnt stay inside during noon onwards as since the hotel is located right next to Farley food court, our room smelled terribly like fried food. I understand we couldnt change our rooms as it was 'deemed' all fully booked but the management should reinspect their ventilation system and windows. Toilet walls were stained with yellow water marks. Heater did not work.

All facilities provide in room & near to shopping mall.

The sink is clogged with water, the water in the bathroom was slow to go down because there was a lot of hair near the drain.

They provide Al-Quran, sejadah and qiblah direction which are so nice and muslim friendly. Value for money. V comfortable n clean.

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities is also good and functioning well.

With the low price I pay, I got a king size bed. The wardrobe is very big. The washroom is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I left my belongings in the room, after I checked out. But they did not call to inform me. 4 hours after I checked out, i called the reception desk, they did see & kept my belongings. If they call me earlier, it's near for me to return back to the hotel.

Staff was very friendly! Cleanliness is good! Location is nice..easy to go around.

Aircon and comfortable bed

Glass had been used as an ashtray (1 smelled the other ok, unfortunately I took a sip out of the ‘ashtray’), the noise from the street, hot water not so hot (hard to get it going), hairdryer worked but the hinge broken so I had to engineer around holding it. Carpet in hallways was terrible, all torn up, just looks so so bad.

Near to pubs. Very noisy throughout the night. Could not sleep whole night because of the noise from nearby pubsThese pubs were not shown in google map. Be caution.
