Oh my goodness.. the moment I entered the room, I almost fainted. The smell of sweat???. I straight away went out to the nearest supermarket and bought air refresher although it was only for a night stay. Management, kindly do something with this kind of room

The facilities were good. Got iron in the room and has hot shower too. Easy to access and close to the beach

the water from the air conditioner spills onto the floor every time, and the floor gets wet. the bathroom smells a little in the sink and toilet and last the floor looks dirty. i'm sorry.

It was my 5th or 6th return in here (if not mistaken) Their service n the cleanliness never spoiled me! The location is very strategic.. Going any where is easy. Thumbs up to the team! ?

Room is clean, and has an okay smell. Big enough for 2 people, with extra space to do prayers. A pleasant surprise to see these amenities in one room (with the price i’m paying): - iron with ironing board - hairdryer- fridge Also, free flow of filtered water (cuckoo) is available in each floor. Lift functions well.

Room number is quite confusing, some sort of maze to get to my room.

Room = Clean 7/10Smell. Please add on ambipur to make the room fragrance.Bed is on top.Toilet please add on light, to make it more lighting. The hot / cold shower please remark on the wall. For elderly safe.So far, okay.

Aircond was not cold.There are staff of the hotel trying to break inside the room even if its locked at 4-5am. Please avoid this hotel.

There will be staff try to break in your room in the early mornings. Excuse is too many rooms checking out. Please avoid this hotel.Aircond excretes hot air instead of cold 16 c temperature.

The corner room is really spacious and tidy. I love the pillows in particular. I was in a corner room and so I had a great natural light inside the room. The decor in the room and the hotel spaces are also very pleasant.

Somehow at 9.00-9.30 in the morning, we heard a lot of noises like people doing some repairs, the housekeepers interacting with each other. The room is not soundproof is the point.

The location is truly convenient with everything you need from the eatery, convenient stores and laundry bars are just a few walks away from the hotel.

No guest parking sometimes have to park far from hotel and worry about the safety of the car and internet need to improve ,very slow.Limited socket in the room and ligthing inside the room a bit dark.

I like the room, comfortable. Got water dispenser as well outside the room. Can refill R.O water.

The room has a bit of smoky smell. But the staff is very responsive n handle it well by using perfume. Smelly gone.

room are clean and not so bad, staff given us room for person with disabilities (logo shown infront), no issue on that.

Outside of our room have pub/club. So the noises of music and people shouting can be heard until 4a.m. Furthermore it shows "no smoking room" but we still smell the smoke in our room.

Room is clean. The bed is tidy and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean.

The television no sound.

Room is sparkling clean and location is suitably located with easy access to various eating outlets. There is even a bar nearby.

The price and the room is just nice. I love it. The parking lots are bright enough to be seen infront of the hotel.

The floor of the room is very sandy. Please mop the floor. Not comfotable. Some more, the lightings are very dim. No white LED lights.
