Some of their staffs are not friendly especially the local man who give me a grumpy look when i asked about the breakfast in the morning. The water heater is not working despite me informed the receptionist.

The location is good and convenience to get food.
The shower hot water has to wait for at least 10 minutes for the water to run before it gets hot. What a waste of water. The air-condition in the room control temperature is faulty. Cannot set the temperature.
The place is clean and the room is quite spacious. It is a good location
The television wasnt functioning
Receptionist didn’t provide me receipt for my stay there, explained that I was overcharged and they will send it by emai
Location near to the venue.
Cleanliness of the room. The sofa was dirty and the shower area was not clean. Overall, the room was a bit run down.
So-so
The hotel facilities are badly run down; towels are torn, taps leaking, toilet paper holder spoilt, .... very old facilitues.
Food at the restaurant was great. At MYR for breakfast, it was a steal. Variety of good cooked meals
Maybe size of the bed since I am comparing to if not some, most of Inns in Bintulu. But overall it is comfy
