There was a continuous conversation sound (men) coming out from the 230VAC socket point below the make-up mirror from check-in until 5:30pm... Need to check why???

Bad Hotel ever!
I am very disappointed with the hotel service. I booked another room but got another room. The hotel room I got was not the same as in the picture. I asked the hotel staff to change the mattress cover and the pillow was still not served. I stayed in a hotel with a dirty mattress cover. In my reservation it was stated that there was an iron, but there was none. The hotel room I got was like a store room.

Breakfast. Very bad. Its feel like being scammed as they offer very basic breakfast.If i know this type of breakfast, i will opt for another hotel.
If have a food fair style breakfast will be best. The room should add in extra white lights for those working and reading purposes.
