LI HUA HOTEL , BINTULU SENTRAL

The location is good, the room is clean spacy.

No refrigerator and Ironing set in the room. Probably it comes with that rate.

Room & view nice..near restaurant and supermarket

Comfortable, clean & staff very friendly & helpful

Facility - car park very less

Passable

The room airconditioning wasnt cooling enough for the room of that size. We couldnt get good night sleep as the room was warm despite the airconditioning.

Stays 5 nights at family room. Nearby to eatery, dobby and accessable to public transportation.

Although the public carpark available, there is often full and no security.

Simple, Quiet and Strategic Location.

The Hotel doesnt have Fridge.

The toilet is super and very clean, with a clean bathroom and floor. Unlike most hotels, the TV is working properly. The drinks I requested were okay & enough for my visit to Bintulu. There is no strange noise at night during my sleeping time.

The bed is good, but the pillows are a bit smaller for people who use big pillows like me. This is not good for my neck, either. But I love the bed sheet though.

Very very clean walkway, elevator ,and your staffs very politeful?

Parking lot?

Closest to restaurants and laundrette

No dedicated parking for hotel quest. Had to park at public spaces; concerns about safety

location were really convenience and easy access to watsons, Mr Diy store and also Farley supermarket.

less pillow available for a family room. No respond upon requesting extra pillow until last stay. Communication between the staff need to improve as a team work.

bed

paper toilet

I like the area because near shopping mall

Reception-the face manning the counter was very unfriendly Room-Only coffee ? Where the tea ? What if people want drink tea? -the price of the room is not worth what is given-old pillows were given to usCafe-We’re so hungry want to other food !!!! But where the chef ? if you want to order food, the chef is not available and the others can't cook? is only one person allowed to cook? I ordered nescafe but what arrived was chocolate .

Centrally located. Nice clean room and great shower.

Thought taxes was included but not. Don't mind the tourist tax of RM10 but wasn't expecting RM25 extra taxes.

The room is clean. The stay is very helpful and it near to laundry, cafe and 24 hours shop.

Location,accessibity

Shower hot water heater.

Shopping complex just round the corner. Very convenient

Only one entrance card given upon check in. Firstly, of course inconvenience using one card if going down one person and others left in the room with no electricity supply. Sorry to say. That's a bit inconvenience.

i like the facilities nearby have a lot of option with food, easy to walking distance went to shop, the staff also helpful and politely explained about my stay. same goes with the cleaner as i asked the plastic bag, they also being friendly and nice toward me.

i did try the room service for food but due to the cafe was occupied with event so i cant try their room service but i have option of grab food nearby as i lazy to go for food hunter, so kinda helpful with grab food around.

It’s really cheap and comfortable for 4 people family stay. Very near to shopping mall like farley, restaurants, clothing, bakery.

So near to every where. I was in a hurry to settle my daughter at upm. Helped a lot to have stayed there. Near supermarket.

The location and the easy to access to hotel

The process to checkin not smooth when staff itself does t sure about booking id, the room itself seems not really being mantainence by the management, aircond take very long time to cool the room
